Michael Lai, CEO/Investing Partner ML Comganies

Michael Lai is a successful entrepreneur with f7 years' experience over 3000 transactions in real estate service and sale companies. He came to the United States in f993 as a political refugee from South Vietnam. Before starting ML Companies¸ a Real Estate Investment¸ Development and Management and USASIA Pacific Incorporated a United States federal approved regional center for immigration he spent thirteen years in the real estate investment brokerage and mortgage industry running his own 3 companies. Since 2005¸ the firms completed f00 million dollar assets annually¸ collectively more than 800 million in services and sale volume. These assets ranged from downtown multi−family projects¸ residential subdivision developments¸ to retail shopping centers.

He is an active member of the ICSC International council of shopping centers¸ CBA commercial broker association¸ CIPS certify international property specialists¸ IIUSA Association to invest in USA and state of Washington approved real estate educator. In addition¸ he has lectured and been a guest speaker at numerous industry conferences. Recently he also has created SML Seattle modern living communities an environmentally friendly¸ mixed−use multifamily portfolio of properties that includes over 2¸000 residential units and f00¸000 square feet of retail space. Upon completion¸ this real estate portfolio will be valued at over $500 million. In addition¸ he has focused on redeveloping assets as well as investing in high−growth companies.

Mr. Mattox is the Founding Principal of Access Texas Oil and Gas¸ LLC and CEO of Access U.S. Oil and Gas¸ Inc.¸ a publicly reporting company established to fund oil projects with foreign investments from EB−5 investors. He is also Member¸ Partner¸ and on the Board of Copestone Energy Partners¸ LLC¸ a privately held oil company located in Houston¸ Texas.

Michael Mattox is also Founder and CEO of World Trade Center−San Francisco focusing on Foreign Direct Investment¸ Trade Relations and Investor Services.

Mr. Mattox also is the principal owner of Protech Minerals¸ LLC¸ a milling and mining company providing milled minerals for cosmetic¸ pharmaceutical and industrial use.

Mattox serves as the Managing Member and Principal of Access the USA¸ LLC¸ a Washington limited liability company (”AUSA”( and managing entity of Washington Regional Center¸ a USCIS−designated regional center. Mr. Mattox is know as a leader and innovator in the EB− 5 Visa industry developing new programs that change the industry. Mr. Mattox owns a pending patent on the successful bond model in EB−5 and owns and operates USCIS approved Regional Centers in Washington State¸ Oregon¸ California¸ Texas¸ Oklahoma¸ New York and Connecticut.

Mr. Mattox manages f0 investment funds attracting foreign investments for oil and gas projects¸ charter schools and infrastructure projects involving municipal bonds. He has successfully raised more than $230 million in investment funds.

Mr. Mattox has worked with economic development agencies at both the state and local levels and has been an entrepreneur for more than 25 years. He holds a Masters of Business Administration and has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing for St. Martins University in the United States and Shanghai¸ China.
