healthcare acquisition needs of the VA and other government
agencies.
Our program manages 9 multiple award Schedule programs
for medical equipment, supply, pharmaceutical, and service
contracts (FSC 65, 66, and 621).
With nearly 1,900 contracts and nearly $11 billion in annual
sales, the VA FSS Service provides Federal customers with
access to over 1 million state-of-the-art commercial products

US FOODS: The Subsistence Prime Vendor (SPV)
includes all food and foodservice supplies except for fresh bread, fresh milk,
and fresh produce for just-in-time deliveries to all VA Medical Centers and
eligible OGAs.

MCKESSON: The Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor is an innovative contract
method used to provide drugs and other pharmaceuticals to our nation’s and
Veterans and other federal Government agencies.
CARDINAL HEALTH 200: The program is mandatory for all VA medical
centers and consists of seven prime vendor contracts. Medical Centers pay
prime vendors a distribution fee plus the product price. Product prices are
primarily established by the Federal Supply Schedule Program (FSS),

Strategic sourcing is the structured and collaborative process of
critically analyzing an organization’s spending patterns to better
leverage its purchasing power, reduce costs and improve overall
performance.
