BACKGROUND
Pursuant to 19 CFR 133.2(f), this notice advises interested partiesthat CBP has granted “Lever-Rule” protection for the following laun-dry detergent products intended for sale in Vietnam, bearing the“TIDE” (U.S. Trademark Registration No. 3,389,568/ CBP Recorda-tion No. TMK 09–00832) and “TIDE & DESIGN” (U.S. TrademarkRegistration No. 2,326,614/ CBP Recordation No. TMK 10–00244)trademarks: (1) Tide Trang Ðô. t Phá (360 g / 720 g / 800 g / 2.7 kg / 4.1kg / 5.5 kg / 7.5 kg Bags); (2) Tide Trang Ðô. t Phá Hu’o’ng Downy (650g / 2.5 kg / 3.8 kg / 5 kg / 6.8 kg Bags); (3) P&G Professional TideChuyên Du.ng (6 kg / 9 kg Bags); and (4) P&G Professional TideChuyên Du.ng Hu’o’ng Downy (9 kg Bucket / 9 kg Bag).
In accordance with Lever Bros. Co. v. United States, 981 F.2d 1330(D.C. Cir. 1993), CBP has determined that the above-referenced graymarket Tide laundry detergent products differ physically and mate-rially from the Tide laundry detergent products authorized for sale inthe United States with respect to the following product characteris-tics: product formulas, operation and performance, language, warn-ings, consumer hotlines, product codes, distributors, measurementunits, and absence of relevant product information.
ENFORCEMENT
Importation of the above-referenced subject gray market Tide laun-dry detergent products is restricted, unless the labeling requirementsof 19 CFR § 133.23(b) have been satisfied.

Title: Bonded Warehouse Regulations.OMB Number: 1651–0041.Current Actions: CBP proposes to extend the expiration date ofthis information collection with no change to the burden hours orto the information collected.Type of Review: Extension (without change).Abstract: Owners or lessees desiring to establish a bondedwarehouse must make written application to the CBP portdirector of the port where the warehouse is located. Theapplication must include the warehouse location, a description ofthe premises, and an indication of the class of bonded warehousepermit desired. Owners or lessees desiring to alter or to relocatea bonded warehouse may submit an application to the CBP portdirector of the port where the facility is located. The authority toestablish and maintain a bonded warehouse is set forth in 19U.S.C. 1555, and provided for by 19 CFR 19.2, 19 CFR 19.3, 19CFR 19.6, 19 CFR 19.14, and 19 CFR 19.36.Affected Public: Businesses.Estimated Number of Respondents: 198.Estimated Number of Responses per Respondent: 46.7.Estimated Total Annual Responses: 9,254.Estimated Time per Response: 32 minutes.Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 4,932.
