Changes to the Dashboard Some people may ask, “Why is the Dashboard changing?” The answer is simple: We believe good software should not require instruction and should guide the user into effortless action.

• Easier to identify and prioritize tasks and actions • More intuitive experience, increased efficiency, better KPIs • Trouble-free learning curve

The new dashboard will offer:

• Simpler navigation • Responsive design • A modern touch

the same • Nothing is being removed • Better adoption • Happier users

Impacts for Users: • Increased visibility into tasks • Dashboard as a task management tool • Only actionable data tiles • Case metrics are accessible in Steele

Changes to the Dashboard

• The Dashboard will become simpler, with less redundancy, less confusion, and more intuitive, action-based tiles.

• The Dashboard Map, which contains Questionnaires and Reports, requiring attention will still be prominently displayed.

• New tiles with clear-cut task notifications will be added for better clarity and easier prioritization.

• The static reporting tiles will be removed from the Dashboard. • Reports and metrics are now interactive and dynamic, and these can be found in

Steele Insights.


• The top hand navigation will be moved to a new navigation panel on the left. • The responsive design will enable better viewing on mobile devices.


• Management tools, such as the adding of a new 3P Record, Case Folder, or

viewing the User settings, will have a permanent placement on the top bar.


• The results of the 3P Monitor will be clearly visible.


• Questionnaires requiring attention will be readily accessible. • Different kinds of Case Folders, such as Reports, will be segregated for clarity

and prioritization.


• All metrics for 3P records can be found within Steele Insights. • All metrics for Case records can be found within Steele Insights.


• Large scale changes will be released in phases to ease the transition. • Meanwhile, the remaining pages of Securimate will only receive a modest

graphical update.


• All features and functionality will remain the same. • No existing workflows will be altered.


• Including all sub-sections.


What else is new? Integrated AI Investigator Now users can perform one-off searches and screenings against Watchlists, Negative Media and Profiles without adding a new 3P record. Profiles Profiles contain pre-validated watchlists information as well as media results.

How do these new features affect me?

• AI Investigator is an optional feature • Profiles will only be available via the AI Investigator feature

(Profiles as a part of the 3P Monitor is scheduled for future release)
