intern on an MOJ-approved work permit whose visa status cannot be upgraded to an ARC without flying in and out again, a situation that is impossible with the current restrictions in effect.

5. What kind of measures/support would you like to have in place by the Taiwan Government to cushion the impact of the situation on your organisation/industry?

● As an MNC company we have global contingency planning measures which are adapted to meet local conditions and requirements but, essentially, we are managing the crisis as a single entity globally.

● No● Government must address urgently the potential huge loss of jobs in some industries like Travel & Tourism certainly happening in

the next few months. A salary support scheme from government is the only solution, not the current announcement of training incentives. Far too many staff need to be on furlough, no way to fit so many people into trainings. 300 persons in a training iscurrently not a recommended option to limit the spread of the virus.

● This seems to be a very Singapore-based questionnaire. Not sure "DORSCON"is used in other countries.● We don't use DORSCON in Taiwan
