Strengthening the first line of defense (Anti Drug Abuse Councils) against the proliferation of prohibited drugs in the community. This Office makes sure that through this Activity, members of the MADAC and BADACs are well equipped with Barangay Clearing Operations. At the end of the day, participants are believed to be more steadfast in their commitment and support to the anti- drug abuse campaign of the national government.

Preventive Education and Community Involvement Section (PECIS) Chief Bismark L. Bengwayan presented the Introduction of the Course. Meanwhile, Dir Jeoffrey C Tacio tackled the Drug Situation of both National and Regional level, Barangay Drug Clearing Operation, Legal Basis of Anti Drug Abuse Council, and the Drug Rehabilitation Screening Process. PECIS Officer Jayralyn Siddayao, on the otherhand, conferred about the Promotion of Drug- Free Workplace.
