    NOT a true story..

One St. Patricks Day Father Garahan walks out of St. Pats Arlington and

heads up the street and to cat ch the men as they stand in front of the post

oce. Father says to Pete McGee, "Pete, do you want to go to heaven?"

Pete quickly replies, "Yes I do Father." Father says, "Then stand over there

against the wall." Father Garahan then asks Tom Fitzpatrick, "Tom, do you

want to go to heaven?" Tom replies, " Most certainly, Father," . "Then

stand over there against the wall," says Father. Finally Father Garahan

walks up to Pat Brannigan and asks, "Pat, do you want to go to heaven?"

Pat says, "No, Father I don't." Father Garahan obviously upset yells "I

don't believe you Pat. You mean to tell me that when you die you don't

want to go to heaven?" Pat Brannigan then says "Oh, when I DIE you

say.....well yes Father. At rst, I thought you were pung a eld trip

    together."
