Show Alicia at her house putting on shoes in her doorway, light beautiful

After seeing so many pages I mean I cut the original down by 10 pages. I

realized that I was still a whooping 10 pages close to 40 and I still have not

introduced the immediate problem and her powers. Seeing this I have

decided to cut out some more scenes to make it fit a bit more.

Panel 1 Alicia stands before a gorilla looking Seralon

(Taint), it's breath mists the air. As his shadow

overcomes her. Her small frame standing in his

greatness.

ALICIA

I can't do this.....

(Inner Monologue)

Panel 2 As she stands there before him, her eyes small and

trembling. WE see his rom reflected in her eyes.

I thought I could change? I thought I was

Page 3 Eating breakfast

Panel 1 Alicia blows a spoonful of oatmeal.

Panel 2 We are introduced to Alicia for the first time,

show Alicia eat her spoon still lifted and with

her hair done and her body shape.

ALICIA

My name is Alicia Ebele, I'm 16 years old

and as of now I'm a sophomore in high

school. I'm not exactly the pick of the

litter, the rose of the garden or the

sharpest needle in the haystack. In fact

most would consider me a bit of a

introvert, a shy person.

Panel 3 Show a part of the kitchen layout, basic brown,

white, light beige/sandy color walls and silver

stove and fridge. Show mother leaning, a laptop

before her, a cup of coffee in her hands.

Cigarette bud sitting in a cigarette tray not to

far. Her mother is wearing normal clothes though

she is wearing a animation convention shirt.

Caption no sound effects, just show steam of

cigarette, cups and bowls.

MARY

You better hurry Alicia. Or you're going

to be late catching the bus to school.

ALICIA

Hai!!!

Panel 4 Introduce Mary, her mother for the very first time

and begin to go into her relationship. Show a pic

of her mother dressing in cosplay.

ALICIA

This is my mother, Mary as her co-workers

would call her and mama for me. She is a

bit of a ditz at times. Though a hard-

working one at that. She unlike me is a

confident person. Enough to considering

cosplaying to which she tries often.

Panel 5 Talk about the normalcy of the day. Show her

rising to her feet.

Though you would think the various amounts

of costumes and clothes would make every

day new for me and creepy for when I come

home. I have gotten quite used to it. I

mean as long as she doesn't dress me.

Page 4 Leaving Home

Panel 1 Alicia puts on shoes, and she begins to hint at

strange happenings.

ALICIA

And like most days, I precariously accept

these situations and little personas. Just

as much as I accept my own personal flaws.

Panel 3 Open door to the outside world, skip entry way and

such and have her walking down the block.

And though sometimes I wish to break

normalcy, to create a new me. A better me.

A braver me. Sometimes its hard to know

that life is filled with predictable

endings and openings. With generic and

genetic personalities and traits.

Especially since everything around me

seems to be....(inner monologue)

Panel 4 Alicia walks out and we see the alien ship above

faintly in the sky but vast enough for us to know

that's not supposed to be there.

Ewwww stop!

ALICIA

Now you're probably wondering what are

these people talking about? Aliens and

such, right? Well, remember that strange

object you saw hovering in our skies. That

is what we call a spaceship. Since the

ship appeared above us three weeks ago,

normalcy for the world broke. At first it

was debate, end of the world prophecies

and scary stories of alien appearances.

People disappearing, weird happenings and

sudden appearances of strange beast in

other cities and towns across the country,

the world in fact!

Panel 2 Show Alicia's loneliness.

around Alicia and brightness around her

classmates who are all grouped up.

And even though the year just started off

and news of the spaceship hovering over

Panel 1 Alicia grips her head and she sinks into

depression. (Funny moment)

moment of Alicia turning into liquid. Show

she should be with friends but is not.

ALICIA

Normally at school I would be lonely

meaning I would have no friends for the

entire year. An entire year of no partner

for field trips, science projects or lunch

time meals.

Panel 2 Small panel of her seeing the ship and her face

sinking or utter hopelessness.

Caption Show her sitting before the tv and the her

melting.

ALICIA

When the apparent doom machine appeared

above, I thought I would die lonely, with

no hope of ever having a girl conversation

with a dramatic and lonely friend who made

up of lies about past boyfriends.

Panel 3 Show her coming into class room and seeing her

classmates busily talking and active. And her eyes

glittering with hope.

ALICIA

Till I came to school on the first day and

found loads of people talking to each

other. Pretty girls, jocks, nerds, geeks,

nobodies, rebels, idiots, fattys,

foreigners, loners. Everyone! This was my

chance! My chance to show through, to

become more than what I have been making

myself for these last couple of years.

Panel 4 Regular Panel. But show Alicia turned to stone and

her classmates happily talking along.

But that didn't happen. It was as if I

missed the last chord of the apocalypse!

And everyone died and went to heaven and I

was left to walk the earth alone. (like

Page 7 Alien ships and Alicia

Panel 1 A small panel showing the chalkboard and a picture

of a space ship hovering a planet. Alicia reflects

on how the world seemed to have drastically

reverted to normal after the alienship. Even how

the kids in her class once grouping up changed

back to their normal.

Caption Nothing here but brighten drawing on the

chalkboard.

ALICIA

But even with all the alien talk around

school. It's normal. It's as if it faded

into the pool of celebrity gossip, fashion

trends and whispers of war amongst the

enemies. It became the everyday talk of

normalcy. People slowly began to accept

the spaceship for what it was... A hunk of

junk in the sky.

Panel 2 Who now sits gazing out the window, her chin

leaning against her hand. We get a better view of

her.

ALICIA

But what does this mean for me? Should I

accept it as normalcy and go about life as

I always have. Or should I....

Panel 3 Outside the window, we see Alicia gazing out the

window but this time we see Alicia's mascot

(Carina) looking down at Alicia from the opposite

building. Show Carina as a bit menacing.

See it as an opportunity.

at her herione. But Carina looks a bit scary look

Panel 1 Alicia is eating lunch which consists of a wrap,

fruit and two juices, and a usual side of cookies.

ALICIA

Well at least I can still eat, it would've

been troublesome if I couldn't hold down

my food. Though in all honesty...

gazes upon its brown roundness.

Well at least I can eat in peace... I mean

its not like having someone is required in

order for me to eat. But then again it

would be nice to share some time with

someone.

Panel 3 Alicia looks down at her stomach (downward angle)

and sadly looks upon the ripples that appear

there. Show in panel also some other people who

are chubbier than Alicia (putting not true

underneath)

But nobody wants to spend time with a

chubby like me. I'm practically the worse

kind of useless.

Panel 3 Chibi mood: Alicia places cookies against cheek as

she shakes her head as if she was hugging them.

Alicia giggles as she blushes.

Oh well at least I have my sweets, my

preciouses. I don't care if your filled

with chubby goodness, I would rather eat

you now and forget my worries than to put

down a cookie!!

clutching the cookies trembling with excitement.

Panel 1 We skip to her at work and mopping the floors. She

is wearing a fast food costume. For the first time

we see her outside of the school setting.

Caption *Squish* mop being used.

ALICIA

What was that?

Panel 2 Small panel of the mascot jumping to attack her

and her getting scared. But on the other side of

the panel what really happened. Alicia running

away from the mascot when it steps out. While

Alicia is reminded of that horror before, her face

becomes drastically fearful.

Alicia screaming.

ALICIA

Some weird mixture of a owl, cat and bug.

It looked like some mutated kitten. Maybe

it escaped from test facility, if so I

should really listen to those emails that

talk about those medical and make-up

facilities where they test on animal

subjects.

Pamphlets. These demonic word filled paper

mache that have caused wars, established

meaning for children existence and covered

the internet with mountains of junk.

of people walking past. Alicia screaming silently

her hand. As a man rushes and past and calls her

Page 14 The Breaking Point of Alicia

Panel 1 Alicia bends down and reaches for the papers and

begins to gather them up. But as she does she

looks up at the crowd now around her. (Downward

horizontal angle seeing her from the crowd view)

People begin to look tall and big, slightly

menacing.

Caption *gogogo/menaching atmosphere. Only draw

picture of shoes everything else is dark of

course for the ray of light around Alicia and

the papers. But for papers deep in crowd do

not paint shoes white, instead paint as black

and the shoes on them as black. Only shoes

around Alicia (mostly the tips of shoes) are

lighted.

ALICIA

Stop looking at me like that... Stop

ALICIA

Panel 3 Another Small this time of a business man looking

slightly angry or disgusted.

ALICIA

Panel 4 A third small panel spanning the middle of the

page in a row along with panels 2 and 3. This time

of a boy and another one who seem to be smiling or

cackling at the situation.

ALICIA

So stop laughing at me, stop walking away!

Stop! Stop!

Panel 5 A hand reaches down to help her and Alicia pushes

the hand away as she runs inside. Show Alicia's

hands backs and the door opening, as she runs

inside. With the crowd looking on as she runs and

the young man who was offering to help watching

her run away with his hand still out to help her.

smearing her face. As she cries and hiccups, she

tries to wipe the tears from her face but its too

Panel 4 For the first time we see the mascot in all of her

glory. Carina and Alicia comes face to face one

more time. Alicia stares down. Side view and we

can't really see the bathroom but we have hints

that it is a bathroom. Stall walls.

once more. And this time their meeting is
