Sales Leader Pipeline• The Talent Pipeline pilot project is aimed at developing a pool of 10 - 12

outstanding candidates who have the potential to become future leaders in Builder Channel Sales. As hiring opportunities arise, BDHHI would expect to hire these individuals as Account Executives, thereby reducing the amount of time that territories are vacant, and, equally important, strengthening its leadership bench.
