Hanuman Kamma
Hanuman heads the enParadigm digital team, developing and designing solutions for our IBM Watson
integrated behavioural simulation suite and micro-learning platforms. He also delivers interventions
for AVPs, VPs, and GMs across industries, on a host of behavioural and business competencies.
Prior to enParadigm, Hanuman handled roles in engineering, marketing, sales, and general management, with
companies like Delphi, Ingersoll Rand, and Essar Steel. He has since used this experience to personally train
over 800 decision makers from companies like Chola MS Insurance, Star Union Dai-ichi, Citibank, Coca-Cola,
Dow, IBM, Infosys, MRF, and Philips.
Hanuman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
