The NEW learning community for teachers

2

Raising standards for schools and teachersWith UDP Professional Services, schools in Spain can enjoy a new level of support in attaining accredited Bilingual status.

Practising English teachers can also develop their professional skills through a range of teacher training courses delivered exclusively online.

Each course is led by a qualified e-tutor who guides a virtual class of teachers through the materials.

Working together, teachers can exchange ideas and discuss key issues. They can try out new techniques in class and report back to their group through a variety of social media.

Plus, at the end of the course participants gain a Certificate of Bilingual Education.

UDP Professional Services provides teachers with an experienced teacher trainer and an online community, dedicated to professional development.

Each module offers 30 hours of learning divided into three stages:

1. Explore

Participants use their own experience and knowledge to analyse the course content and identify their learning needs.

2. Think and Learn

Examples of best practice and theory give teachers opportunities to compare and contrast their initial ideas and beliefs.

3. Use

Participants apply new techniques in class and report back on the areas where they have improved most.
