Personalizing ‘My DE’

To personalize your ‘My DE’ page, click the link towards the upper right hand corner that says, “Personalize Page.”

The screen that appears gives you several options with instructions on how to personalize your welcome page. Choose the options that you like If things get messed up, you can click the

“Reset Page to Default Layout” button and start over

Using the “Search” field When you click in the search field, type in key words

for the content that you need Use “More Options” to help you narrow your search

Stream Type Flash will play on screen without

launching any other software Quick Time and Windows Media Player

require the use of a media player to view the video

Download Type Windows Media recommended

Causes storage issues on our server or on your hard drive

If you must download, use the icon located in the lower right hand corner of the “Segment” (see next slide) Right click, and choose, “Save Target As…,” or… Left click and choose the ‘Save’ button on the

window that pops up
