The Art Style they used was karate and from what i have seen i think it was kyokoshin karate style, then they developed there fighting style and started using there own chi energy and make a chi based energy attack and they developed there physical strength Also universe, they improved there physical strength so much that there chi energy became so great that they could form a chi ball energy and fire it as an energy attack. 8.
