Every organisation can specify the number of sites they have globally, how many buildings are on each site, how many floors are in each building, and how many areas each floor is broken in to. All aspects of a site both internal and external are considered with each subscription, enabling every area to be included in as comprehensive a risk assessment schedule as you could possibly wish for. Using unique floorplan mapping technology every risk assessment is allocated to specific areas of your organisation globally, allowing anyone with access to the software not only to be able to see the detail of each assessment but exactly where it is. By having this level of granular detail as to where each risk assessment is located, it makes it very simple to isolate any one assessment for auditing purposes and editing if necessary. The solution can be pre-loaded with company specific assessment forms containing as much or as little detail as you require depending on your methodology, alternatively the solution can be supplied with generic assessment forms that you can tailor to suit your own specific needs. Some knowledge of working with a CMS system will be required for this. The solution is built in such a way that it can be used both on and off-line, which enables use even in areas where the internet cannot already be accessed.
