Liquid Rubber Instant Set is a spray applied seamless waterproofing system that can be applied at a phenomenal rate of up to 1200 sq/m per day, that’s roughly 500% faster than traditional roofing systems. It has been developed specifically for flat roofs and flat roof refurbishment for surfaces such as felt, asphalt, single-ply, timber and concrete. The adhesive properties of Liquid Rubber make it ideal for consolidating, waterproofing and protecting existing systems

Liquid Rubber Asbestos Encapsulation has been developed to help combat the problems that exist with old, damaged and leaking asbestos roofs. One main concern that we always hear from customers is the extreme costs involved. Our key focus is to provide an alternative solution to the costs of over cladding asbestos, removal and disposal. Asbestos over coating and asbestos roof repair provide real world solutions to today’s asbestos concerns.

Liquid Rubber’s Cladding Over Coating System is the perfect solution for protecting, waterproofing or repairing corroded metal, cut edges, gutters or metal structures. Liquid Rubber fully bonds to the surface creating a waterproof barrier between the metal, rain and air which start the corrosion process, by blocking this we inhibit rust and corrosion from further damaging the roof.

Liquid Rubber LiquiTank is a high performing waterproofing membrane designed specifically for tanking and underground waterproofing with built in Radon Protection Technology. LiquiTank is ideal for internal and external waterproofing and its seamless finish removes any concerns that traditional systems may present in eliminating any joints.
