The DYNOFIT BASIC series test standsare designed for basic measurementsof mechanical power on the outputshaft of the testedmachine within anoutput power range from tensofWatts to 15 kW.
DYNOFIT Drives
The DYNOFIT Drive series test standsare designed for the basicmeasurement of mechanical power onthe output shaft of the testedmachinewithin an output power rangefrom15 kW to 220 kW.
DYNOFIT Mega
DYNOFIT Edulab
The DYNOFIT Edulab test stand isdesigned specifically, for technicalschools and universities.With its construction the test stand isoptimized for a quick mechanicalconnection of a selected set ofelectric motors up to thepower of 3 kW.
The DYNOFITMega series test standsare designed for the basicmeasurement of mechanical power onthe output shaft of the testedmachinewithin an outputrange from200 kW to 1000 kW.

SERVOMOTORS
SERVOMOTORS
Servo motors with permanent magnets are intended for state-of-the-art electronically controlled electric drives with a wide regulation range, high dynamics and high accuracy, applied in the field of production mechanization and automation. They are three-phase synchronous motors excited by permanent magnets on the rotor and supplied from transistor converters. They are equipped with feedback position sensors (e.g. resolvers).

Motors type AF withwater cooling, delivering higher levels of continuous torqueand power outputs.

SERVOACTUATORS
Servoactuators with PM with hollow shaft and ball screw. The rotary motion of the servomotoris transformed into linear motionby the ball screw. This design, together with high quality power supply and measuring systems, allows a very accurate movement while maintaining the drive dynamics and axial force at the shaft end.

SYNCHRONOUS LINEAR MOTORS
Compact design in sizes with forces from 50 to 16 000 N, movement speed from 0.01 mm/sec to 15 m/sec. Active area module width 25 mm. Active width 25-250 mm.
SYNCHRONOUS LINEAR MOTORS WITH THE PRIMARY PART WITHOUT FERROMAGNETIC MATERIALSThe primary parts without ferromagnetic materials reduce virtually to zero the pull forces between primary and secondary parts with an absence of pulling force pulsations, delivering high efficiency, accuracy of movement and fast acceleration.
Owing to these properties, they can be used with advantage in dynamic applications demanding the movement speed, acceleration, accuracy and
a low weight of the drive.
They are made in sizes with peak forces
80 to 1 900 N.
INDUCTION LINEAR MOTORS
The secondary part of the induction linear machine is comprised of a simpler and more reasonably priced design which is made up of a squirrel cage. The squirrel cage is comprised of a winding mounted in slots or an aluminium (or copper) strip fixed on a steel pad.
The advantage of these undemanding drives is the possibility to be supplied straight from a standard power network 3x400 V/50 Hz without the need of using a frequency converter. It
is made in sizes with peak
forces 100 to 500 N.
