The Operating teams act as projectmanager, leading and aligning theefforts of all departments toachieve targeted results. They havea cross-functional, global view ofthe assets they manage:

These teams, based in theshopping centres they manage,take a pro-active approach toensuring the operational success of these key assets:

– Acting as the Group’sambassador to develop andmanage relationships with the local community, co-ownersand tenants.

– Identifying and prospecting urbandevelopment opportunities.

– Contributing to the marketpositioning of the asset andimplementing the OperationalMarketing Action Plan.
