1 INTRODUCTION

The Ultra Mobile Retailer Portal is an application that provides Ultra Retailers with a suite of activation, inquiry, and account management features. Each Retailer has one or more usernames to access the Portal. Retailer Portal users can activate and port-in new customers, as well as help existing customers maintain their accounts by recharging, purchasing data, and modifying their plans. One main usage of the Retailer Portal involves funding the subscriber's account.

OVERVIEW

For any activation or recharge event, there are several payment options. These instructions cover the epay/WebPOS (epay) and VidaPay/T-Cetra (T-Cetra) payment options.

When the epay or T-Cetra payment option is selected, the phone number and SKU options are automatically pre-filled, eliminating some steps from the process. Once the payment is made, the window is closed automatically; the portal detects the payment, and then allows the user to complete the purchase.

This document covers payment processing options for epay and T-Cetra.

2 PROCESSING PAYMENTS FROM THE RETAILER PORTAL

LOG IN

The Login window enables users to log into the Retail Portal application to manage and maintain customer accounts.

To log in:

1. From the Retailer Portal page, enter your Login Name and Password.

2. Click the Sign-in button.

ACTIVATE A NEW ACCOUNT

To activate a new account:

1. From the Resources page, select the Activations tab.

2. The Start Activation window displays.

3. Enter the ICCID (SIM identification number). 4. Click the Go button. 5. If a plan has not been set up yet, a Plan selection window displays the plans

available to the customer.

6. Enter the customer’s 5-digit Zip Code.

7. Select a Plan and Choose Language. 8. Click the Activate button. 9. A Customer Information window displays.

10. Enter the customer’s First Name, Last Name, and Email address. 11. Click the Continue button.

12. A window with payment options displays.

13. Select a payment option to fund the account. 14. Continue instructions in section 2.2.1 if you selected VidaPay/T-Cetra. 15. Continue instructions in section 2.2.2 if you selected epay/WebPOS as your payment

option.

2.2.1 VIDAPAY/T-CETRA - ACTIVATION To activate an account using the VidaPay/T-Cetra payment option:

1. Select VidaPay/T-Cetra from the payment options. 2. The Fund Activation Request window displays the mobile number and amount to

pay.

3. Click the Launch VidaPay button. 4. The VidaPay login page displays.

5. Login to VidaPay to complete the transaction. 6. The customer account information is displayed.

7. Verify that the entries are correct. 8. Click the Submit button.

9. A confirmation page displays a message that the transaction was successful.

2.2.2 EPAY/WEBPOS – ACTIVATION To activate an account using epay/WebPOS:

1. Select epay/WebPOS from the payment options.

2. The Fund Activation Request window displays the mobile number and amount to pay.

3. For new activations, click the epay RTR button (or Ultra Instant Spiff button to receive a portion of your Ultra Spiff paid instantly).

4. Login to the epay/WebPOS system.

5. The epay account page displays. The mobile number and amount are automatically provided.

6. Click the Purchase button. 7. The account will be activated upon successful payment processing.

8. A Receipt page confirming the purchase displays with a Print option. 9. The subscriber’s account status is updated to “Active.” 10. Click the Print button to obtain a copy of the receipt.

ACTIVATE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT

If the account has already been setup but not funded, the required amount displays.

1. Select the Manage Subscriber tab.

2. The Search window displays.

3. In the Find Any Subscriber box, enter the customer Mobile Number or ICCID (SIM identification number) if it is known.

a. Click the Go button.

4. If neither the ICCID nor the Mobile Number is known:

a. Go to the Search My Subscribers box and enter the requested customer information.

b. Click the Go button to bring up the customer’s information and account.

5. The Subscriber Snapshot window displays.

6. Click the Add Funds bar. 7. A window with payment options displays.

8. Select a payment option to fund the account. 9. Continue instructions in section 2.4.1 if you selected VidaPay/T-Cetra. 10. Continue instructions in section 2.4.2 if you selected epay/WebPOS as your payment

option.

RECHARGE AN ACCOUNT

To recharge an account:

a. Click the Go button. 4. If neither the ICCID nor the Mobile Number is known:


b. Click the Go button to bring up the customer’s account information.


6. Click the View Profile bar.

Option: (Click the Pay Now link in the Recharge Status field.)

7. The Subscriber Action window displays.

8. Click the Recharge icon. 9. The Recharge window appears with Payment Options displayed on the right.

11. Select a payment option.

12. The Payment Launch window displays. 13. Continue with the instructions in section 2.4.1 if you selected VidaPay/T-Cetra or

section 2.4.2 if you selected epay/WebPOS for the Payment Option.

2.4.1 VIDAPAY/T-CETRA - RECHARGE To recharge an account using payment option VidaPay/T-Cetra:

1. Select VidaPay/T-Cetra as the payment option. 2. The VidaPay Launch window displays.

3. Click the Launch VidaPay button. 4. The VidaPay login page displays.

5. Login to VidaPay to complete the transaction. 6. The customer account information is displayed

7. Verify that the entries are correct. 8. Click the Submit button. 9. A confirmation page displays a message that the transaction was successful.

2.4.2 EPAY/WEBPOS – RECHARGE To recharge an account using the epay/WebPOS payment option:

1. Select epay/WebPOS payment option.

2. Click the Launch WebPOS button to load the WebPOS portal. 3. The epay/WebPOS login screen displays.

10. Enter your User Name and Password. 11. Click the Submit button.

12. The epay account page displays. The mobile number and amount are automatically provided.

13. Click the Purchase button to charge the amount that is displayed as the Total Sale. This amount will be transferred to the customer’s account.

14. A Receipt displays with the option to Print the receipt; otherwise, click the CLOSE button.

15. The Payment Option window is displayed again after you click the Close button. 16. The payment process completes.

17. The Recharge status field on the left is updated with “Next Recharge Paid” once the page is refreshed.

18. Press F5 to refresh the page. 19. “Customer’s next month of service in the $xx Monthly Plan has been paid

for successfully” message appears across the top of the page.

LOAD WALLET

To load a subscriber’s wallet:

2.5.1 VIDAPAY – LOAD WALLET To process a “Load Wallet” transaction through VidaPay/T-Cetra:

1. Select VidaPay/T-Cetra from Payment Options.

2. Select a wallet amount to apply to this account.

3. Enter an amount within the selected range. In this case, the range is between $11 and $100. Only use whole numbers.

4. The amount entered is displayed on the screen. The amount you entered displays in Product Cost.

5. If you entered an amount that is not within the selected range, the following error will display:

6. Click the Submit button. 7. The VidaPay confirmation screen displays.

2.5.2 EPAY/WEBPOS – LOAD WALLET To process a “Load Wallet” transaction through epay/WebPOS:

1. Select epay/WebPOS from Payment Options. 2. The epay Load Wallet screen displays.

3. Select a range using one of the two dollar range buttons. 4. The epay/WebPOS login screen displays. 5. Enter your User Name and Password.

7. An epay/WebPOS entry screen displays.

8. To add money to the wallet, enter an amount within the selected range. In this case, the amount is $29.00

9. Click the Next button. 10. The epay account page displays. The mobile number and amount are automatically

provided.

11. Click the Purchase button to charge the amount that is displayed as the Total Sale. The Total Sale includes the Service Plan/Fee. The Amount ($29.00) will be transferred to the customer’s account.

12. A Receipt displays with the option to Print the receipt; otherwise, click the CLOSE button.

13. The Payment Option window is displayed again after you click the Close button. 14. The payment process completes.

MANAGE PLAN

To make changes to a subscriber’s plan:


2. Click the Manage Plan icon. 3. The Manage Plan window displays the plan options.

4. Select an option(s). 5. Click the Continue bar. 6. The Manage Plan window displays a summary of the selections.

7. Select the “Start of Next Billing Period” radio button if the displayed information is acceptable.

8. Click the Change Personal Plan Selection link to switch the plan.

a. A Change Selection window displays.

b. Click the Switch Plan button.

9. The Subscriber Action window displays for the next step.

10. Click the Recharge icon. 11. Continue this Recharge process from section 2.4.

LOG OUT

To log out of the Retailer Portal application:

1. From any page in the application, click the arrow next to your user name, at the top right corner of the page.

2. Select Logout. 3. The Retailer Portal Login page displays again.
