Ultra DAF

Static Screen

Ultra DAF is designed for fats, grease, suspended solids, colour removal and separation for both municipal and industrial applications by injecting dissolving air to the feed water. There are two series namely TF (Traverse Flow) series and RF(Reverse Flow) series. For TF the feed and discharge are in opposite side whereas RF the feed and discharge are in same side.

Advantages● High Performance● Simple and continuous operation● Low operator attendance

Process Operation1. Air saturated tank and high pressure pump produces

high level of air saturation and extremely small micro bubbles in the contact chamber.

2. Saturated water introduced to the feed water, the micro bubbles attach to any particles in the water and will rapidly float to the surface of the DAF.

3. Sludge raking system will then remove the particles leaving only the clarified water behind.

UltraSpan Static Screen provides extremely simple operation for solid /liquid separation in municipal and industrial applications, particularly for screening fibrous and non-greasy solids.

Advantages● No moving parts, no motor● Economical Screening Solution● Fast Delivery● Long Life Span● Only requires periodic cleaning● No Maintenance● Low Installation Cost

Process Operation1. The liquid is fed to the headbox, the deflector inside

will create uniform gentle overflow across the screen width.

2. A fixed baffle across the weir directs the flow as it hits the top of screen panel.

3. The rapid sheering maximizes solids capture and minimises screen blinding.

4. The screenings can be flow into basket or to a screw conveyor before collected in bins.

The outlet connection and water flushing line can be customed fabricated according to client requirement.

Other Products

X-Chip is a biological process, utilizing biofilm technology to degrade organic content, i.e BOD, COD, Ammonia, etc. It is self-cleaning aerobic/ anaerobic process, which can be apply to virtually all industries such as Sewage, Palm Oil Refinery, Food & Beverage, Seafood, Meat Processing, etc.

Advantages:● Large Surface Area (>3,000 m²/m³) ● Extremely High Efficiency● Self-Cleaning by Shear Forces● Very Long Life Span● Non-consumable item● Easy for Upgrading● Small Footprint● Absence of Plasticizers and Biological Inhibitors● Less Carrier Volume● Easy Operation● Low Maintenance Required

Circular Clarifier (center drive and peripheral drive) can be designed to exact specifications by providing effective sludge removal solution operating in industries and municipalities worldwide. The bottom scraping mechanism can be tailored made for spiral blade (Model GZG) and suction tube (Model ZXJ). All wetted parts material are fabricated in SS304.

Surface aerator (AER-AS type) is innovated for high efficient circulator to ensure maximum transfer of kinetic energy to liquid surface. It has benefits of easy installation and high oxygen efficiency where installation can be in small tanks or massive lagoons. Deep tank (up to 7m) can be installed with draft tube or additional submersible mixer. It can be installed for SBR, IDEAS, continuous activated sludge process. It can operate for years without breakdown. No major replacement of parts is required, thus no downtime for maintenance.

Inclined Plate Clarifier (IPC) is the most economical clarification solution, as it uses series of closely space inclined plates to provide the required settling surface area in a very small footprint. It applies to both industrial and municipal water projects. They can be customed fabricated either in FRP or in Stainless Steel. All IPC are factory made, hence, high quality is guaranteed with short delivery time.
