The funny & annoying thing about values is...
1. You don’t always choose your values
2. They are not always in line with the values of your environment
3. Sometimes we’re not aware of them
4. They can change over time
When you are not aware of or do not honor your values, you are
more susceptible to making decisions and being in situations that are
less satisfying for you.
