THERE ARE MILLION OF TYPES OF STARS THAT WE HAVE DISCOVERED THROUGH EXPLORING THE UNIVERSE

THE PROTOSTAR IS A COLLECTION OF GAS THAT

HAS COLLAPSED DOWN FROM A GIANT MOLECULAR

CLOUD.

T TAURI STARS DON’T HAVE ENOUGH PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE AT THEIR

CORES TO GENERATE NUCLEAR FUSION

MAIN SEQUENCE STAR

RED GIANT STAR

STARS IN THE MAIN SEQUENCE WILL HAVE A SIZE THAT DEPENDS ON

THEIR MASS, WHICH IS DEFINED BY THEIR AMOUNT OF GRAVITY

THE RED GIANT PHASE OF A STAR’S LIFE WILL ONLY LAST A

FEW HUNDRED MILLION YEARS BEFORE IT RUNS OUT OF FUEL

COMPLETELY

RED DWARF STAR

A WHITE DWARF SHINES BECAUSE IT WAS A HOT STAR ONCE, BUT

THERE’S NO FUSION REACTIONS HAPPENING ANYMORE.

A RED DWARF STAR IS A SMALL RED STAR. THESE STARS ARE AMONG THE

SMALLEST STARS.

NEUTRON STARS BLACK HOLES

A NEUTRON STAR IS A TYPE OF REMAINS STELAR, IT RESULT OF THE

COLLAPSE OF A SUPERGIGANTIC STAR. THIS STAR IS COMPOSED OF

NEUTRON

A BLACK HOLE IS A HOLE FORMED BY THE COLLAPSE

OF A STAR AT THE END OF ITS LIFE.

A SUPERGIGANTIC STAR IS THE MOST LUMINOUS BECAUSE IT HAS A LOT OF ENERGY BUT ITS LIFE IS

SHORT AND IT EVENTUALLY EXPLODES.
