Gravity Straps – Functional body weight exercises using suspension straps. A complete all body strength training program. Any Fitness Level

Fit-BALL – Core & Stability on the Ball to help improve core strength and posture

WEIGHTS – Just a great no-impact Coached weights session to build strength & power using all different equipment.

T.H.T – Tummy Hips & Thighs... the BEST LEG session BURNING heaps of cals, and BUILDING good muscle. Lots of Squats & Lunges... plenty of variations!!!!

Mixed Cardio & Weights GYMCircuit –A number of cardio and strength exercises done at your own pace and intensity MAX RESULTS

Beginner Circuits – Low impact, timed exercise stations set up in the gym to follow. For any ability & those just starting out

HIIT Circuit – High Intensity Interval Training ... as above but with more challenges that you can still do at your own pace

TABATA - quick paced circuit using the quick 20/10 interval timing method to burn fat & tone up FAST
