Ayo-37

Ayoluengo Field

• Owner operator since 2008 of the Ayoluengo oil field in Northern Spain producing over 180 bopd (Sep. 2015)

• Discovered in 1964, developed with 54 wells and a 10,000 barrel per day facility. Currently 14 active wells

• Oil in place 104 mmbbls, recovery to date only about 17%

• Concession renewal due in January 2017, for two 10 year periods

• Profitable operation running in a “care and maintenance” mode pending the concession extension

• We believe there is significant future potential in the field

Trinidad Assets

• Trinidad Head Office: San Fernando

• Goudron IPSC (100%) with 2P reserves of 11.4 mmbbls and over 800 mmbbls of oil in place in two reservoirs: Goudron Sands and deeper C-sands. LGO has drilled 15 new C-sand wells since April 2014. All wells intersected significant Goudron sand oil pay

• Icacos Field in the South West Peninsula (SWP) (50%, non-operator), producing ~35 bopd from three wells

• Over 10,500 acres of largely unexplored private oil leases in the SWP and adjacent rights held in partnership with Beach Oilfield Limited (BOLT)

Typical legacy well (GY-233)

Goudron Field

• Goudron is located in remote rainforest

• Produces light oil (average 38o API)

• Discovered in 1927 the field has a long history, but only limited production volume

• Total of 154 wells were drilled before 1981, mostly by Texaco

• Contract is an Incremental Production Service Contract with Petrotrin

• Export is by pipeline direct to the Petrotrin Point-a-Pierre refinery

• Contract is for 10 years with rolling 5 year renewals (2019)

• LGO was the first company to drill on an IPSC contract and has drilled most wells

Well GY-664

Recent Activity

• 15 new C-sand wells drilled in 20 months

• Use of modern drilling and completion practices resulting in improved initial production rates

• Measurement while drilling being used for the first time onshore in Trinidad

• Average cost per well reduced to approx. $1.3 million (plus addition data gathering costs)

• C-sand and Goudron Sandstone net oil pay present in every well

• Mixed results from exceptional to disappointing as the understanding of the field has been enhanced

• Additional drilling target available, permits in place for 45 more wells

• Drilling incident experienced with well GY-678;Loss of the wellLoss of downhole equipment (LWD)Loss of production versus plan

Goudron Sandstone Infill Targets (1 to 10)

• All close to existing infrastructure

• Outside production radius of legacy wells

• Slim-hole design

• Straight hole

• TD between 1,200 and 1,700 feet MD

• Wireline logging

• Columbus Rig #1 or Altech #2

• Drilling time 6-9 days

• Initial cost estimate average $450,000 per well

The Future: EOR / Water Flood

• Local analogues at Trinity-Inniss, Navette and Beach-Marcelle Fields• Wealth of local experience in Trinidad• Over 60 mmbbls of 3C resources

Source: Challenge Energy 2012

• Collected critical data during recent drilling phase• Cores and pressure data systematically collected• New scoping studies ongoing

Rigs & Production facilities exploiting deep potential offshore seen from Cedros coastline

South West Peninsula (SWP)

• In addition to the Icacos Leases (50%), LGO holds rights to over 7,500 acres of other underexplored leases, all within SWP

• All existing data including seismic (2D and 3D), wells and full tensor gravity (FTG) data has been evaluated and the South West Peninsula is believed to hold a number of exciting prospects

• Only one deep well FRM-1 has been drilled which encountered live oil below 10,000 feet

• Acquired a micro-seepage soil survey in 2014, results have encouraging indications for gas and oil entrapment

• Gathered a high resolution gravity and magnetics survey with Petrotrin and the MOEEI

• Drilling targets exist in the Lower Cruse and Herrera Sandstone reservoirs

Full Tensor Gravity

• LGO sponsored the first ever Full Tensor Gravity survey of onshore and offshore Trinidad (covering 5,700 km2)

• Acquired as a Multi-Client survey by technology world leader ARKeX

• Provides high level of definition away from seismic data

• Proprietary processing and interpretation completed and shows significant unexplored leads

What We Are Looking For …

• On trend with the 500 mmbbls Soldado offshore fields complex

• Blocks of oil saturated Herrera and Lower Cruse Sandstone from 7,000 to 10,000+ feet

Summary

Page 19: T&T Energy Conference 2016 19.01.16

Summary

19

Installing new well tanks• LGO is an experienced and proven onshore operator

• Loss of the GY-678 well and associated equipment and production has lead to a need to refinance LGO’s debt facility

• Operations at Goudron have slowed pending completion of the refinancing, expected in 1Q2016

• Significant opportunities remain, even in a low commodity price environment, to increase production at Goudron

• Longer term options are available in water flooding, SWP exploitation and additional exploration
