Cabin Lake – NWT• The 100% owned Cabin Lake Gold Project consists of multiple high-grade drill ready gold

occurrences and includes a reported resource by Aber Resources Ltd. of 100,000 tons at 0.30ounces per ton gold in their annual report with grades ranging from 4.39 g/t to 15.8 g/t (and anunpublished historical estimate of over 85,000 ounces Au). These resources are historic innature, and are relevant as to delineate a larger zone of gold mineralization at the Cabin LakeGold Zone. Further drilling is needed to bring that up to CIM Definition Standards.

• Gold is hosted predominantly in an iron formation with room for drill expansion along strike, open to length and depth.

• Total land package of 1,503 hectares.• Access off existing highway then 40km by winter road, boat and air; 60km southeast of Fortune

Minerals’ NICO Project (gold processor).• Major exploration conducted in the 1980’s by Canadian Mining Hall of Famer, Gren Thomas

(Aber Resources – Diavik Diamond Mines), and Louis Covello (current Rover Director). GrenThomas is also credited with the discovery at Spence’s Bridge in BC (the Shovelnose project,WestHaven Ventures). Freeport-McMoRan and Cominco were also involved in the explorationwork at Cabin Lake in the 80’s.

• Geological comparisons include the historic Lupin Gold Mine and the Homestake Mine.• Geophysics and Geochem data all recently updated. All historical data (over 7,500m of drilling)

has been digitised and incorporated into the planned drill program of C$1.5m (C$1.3m if inwinter).

• 5-year exploration permit was granted for the Cabin Lake group of properties (Cabin Lake,Slemon Lake and Camp Lake) from July 2018.

• Significant near surface intercepts, including:-DDH86-28: 15.0g/t Au over 12.1m;-DDH86-12: 15.8g/t Au over 8.02m & 9.6 g/t Au over 1.04m;-DDH86-26: 12.5 g/t Au over 4.1m;-DDH86-10: 12.0g/t Au over 8.8m; and-DDH86-13: 15.7g/t Au over 6m

• In 2018, geophysical and geochemical programs were completed, identifying new goldanomalous zones with expansion on the known gold mineralised zones.

Investment Highlights:

Opportunity:• Resource drilling to convert historical resource to NI 43-101 compliant.• Fund a minimum of ~3,000m of compliance and expansion drilling for

C$1,500,000 can be completed within the next 4 months twinning theabove wells and testing untested nose hinges which could hostsignificant gold intercepts.

• Multiple additional prospects with substantial Resource upsidepotential.

• Gold at Cabin Lake is hosted in steeply-dipping folded iron formation.Only the top 100m of one of the folds has been drilled and the criticalfold noses remains untested.

Historic data has not been verified by Rover Metals. Technical information hasbeen approved by Raul Sanabria, M.Sc., P.Geo., Vice President, Explorationand QP for the purposes of NI 43-101.
