SIGN IN

SYDNEY N.S.W.

12.00pm HOTEL CHECK-IN

1.00 pm TOUR REGISTRATION. Sign in, Legals and Paperwork and receive your Tour Vest.

3.00pm MOTORCYCLE PICK UP. Bus ride to the Depot for Motorcycle allocation and a short ride back to the

Hotel.

7.00pm PRE-TOUR DINNER. Get to know us and your fellow riders over dinner and drinks. A fun way to

start the adventure ahead.

Day 1 SYDNEY to BLUE MOUNTAINS 150 Km

6.00am BREAKFAST and Check-out

7.30am PRE-RIDE BRIEFING. Information on the day’s ride, features and attractions along the way, etc.

8.00am DEPARTURE Tour through Sydney and stop off at the SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE for a bite to eat

and some great sights.

Set course west to KATOOMBA - BLUE MOUNTAINS. Scenic World. Take the time to ride the world’s steepest railway and magnificent beauty of the Blue Mountains before checking in to your motel.

Short walk to Restaurants and the illuminated night views of the “THREE SISTERS”.

Day 2 KATOOMBA to COOTAMUNDRA 325 Km

6.00am BREAKFAST and Check-out

7.30am PRE-RIDE BRIEFING.

8.00am DEPARTURE Stopping at BATHURST for a bite to eat and for a lap of the legendary Bathurst Race Circuit.

On to COWRA, site of the WW2 Japanese POW Breakout. Through to YOUNG and stopping overnight at COOTAMUNDRA.

Day 3 COOTAMUNDRA to COOMA 275 Km

6.00am BREAKFAST and Check-out

7.30am PRE-RIDE BRIEFING.

8.00am DEPARTURE

Getting off the Highway and stopping at GUNDAGAI ( “where the dog sits on his tucker box”)

over to TUMUT and on to the SNOWY RIVER SCHEME, HYDRO ELECTRIC Power Station.

Following the Snowy Mountain Highway down, to stay overnight at COOMA.

Day 4 COOMA N.S.W. to WODONGA Victoria. 320 Km

6.00am BREAKFAST and Check-out

7.15am DEPARTURE

Alpine leg of the journey stopping in at JINDABYNE, THREDBO Ski Resort, Mt KOSCIUSZKO National Park, riding the Alpine Way on to the Murray Valley Highway through to WODONGA

Day 5 WODONGA to MELBOURNE 320 Km

WODONGA to GLENROWAN, (Ned Kelly Country), through to BENALLA, VIOLET TOWN, EUROA, SEMORE, heading south to WALLEN and staying in MELBOURNE

Day 6 MELBOURNE 0 Km

STOP OVER ( DAY OFF )Time to take a break and treat yourself to a well deserved day off.

So much to see and do in Victoria’s capital, Australia’s second largest city.

Day 7 MELBOURNE to PRINCETOWN 320 Km Departing MELBOURNE we head down the eastern side of PORT PHIPIP BAY to SORRENTO where we board the Ferry, ( the Sea leg of the tour ) and land at QUEENSCLIFF.

On to GEELONG and travel the epic GREAT OCEAN ROAD. Stopping at many towns along the way and the opportunity to take in a scenic flight over the 12 APOSTLES. (Pictured below ) If you wish to take an aerial tour of the remaining 12 Apostles you can book a flight on the day directly with them. Their prices vary, depending on numbers wishing to fly on the day.

Stopping over night at PRINCETOWN

Day 8 PRINCETOWN to KINGSTON 430 Km

Day 9 KINGSTON to PORT WAKEFIELD 390 Km

Day 10 PORT WAKEFIELD to WOOMERA 390 Km

This is the start of the desert run through to the Alice. Visit the Rocket Park and take in the amazing history of the Woomera Rocket Base.

Day 11 WOOMERA to COOBER PEDY 375 Km

The must do, Underground experience! Stay at the Opal mining town of COOBER PEDY in your underground motel room.

Day 12 COOBER PEDY S.A. to KULGERA N.T. 415 Km

Wide open desert ride to Kulgera, the southernmost town in the Northern Territory.

Day 13 KULGERA to ULURU… AYERS ROCK 345 Km

Climb the Rock – weather permitting

Day 14 ULURU… AYERS ROCK to ALICE SPRINGS 470 Km

The final leg of this epic road trip.

From AYERS ROCK we set out and head for the ALICE, considered to be the town in the centre of Australia, and the end of our trail. After spending a while savour the moment ( and take some great pics ), we head on down and Check In to the Hotel .It’s time to hand back your beloved motorcycle and sign off the papers and reminisce the great times you have shared with the new friends you have made along the way.

This evening brings the True Blue Motorcycle Adventurer’s “WHOLE HOG” Rock Opera PARTY, to celebrate your monumental achievement amongst your fellow Adventurers.
