Unlike most of the guitar factories, we insist on all hand made production for every Ayers guitar. This enables us to make necessary adjustments, in responding to the condition of the wood, during each step of the production. We know that the hand made process requires more time and effort. But, we will never compromise on this because we know that we are on the right path.

Ayers choose the best quality tone woods from suppliers that are certified by TFT (The Forest Trust). We believe that this makes a difference to the world.

Polyurethane Finish for Better Sound >>>

Polyurethane finish is well known by its nice pure sound and time consuming procedure. It is softer and it brings out the bright and warm sound. However, it takes a lot more time and procedure to dry out. Unlike other factories that chose Polyethylene finish in order to save production time, Ayers insists on providing you with better sound.

Dovetail neck assembly is the traditional way and yet the best way for neck assembly. It affects the tone and the tuning of the guitar. It makes Ayers guitar very responsive and dynamic in tone.
