at St. Mary McGregor. Oliver and Stella are the children of Anthony and Amy Schneider. We as a Trinity Cluster congratulate Oliver Myles and Stella Nicole as well as their parents and pray that they will have an everlasting relationship with God.

Shepherd of the Hills will again be sponsoring the Back to School 4 Kids Project. The Give-Away Day will be Wednesday, August 8th. When out shopping please consider the purchase of school supplies for those children who are not able to have new supplies due to economic difficulties. The Shepherd of the Hills will be collecting supplies through August 3, 2018. You may bring your donation to any of the Trinity Cluster Churches for delivery to the Shepherd of the Hills on August 1st. Common items required by the area schools are: crayons, spiral notebooks, pens, Elmer’s glue, glue sticks, pencils, pencil sharpeners, erasers, scissors, folders, book covers, highlighters, washable markers, dry erase markers, 3 ring binders, calculators, colored pencils, journal notebooks, loose leaf paper, New Book Bags, Pencil pouches, 3 x 5 index cards, head phones or ear buds, and flash drives and hand sanitizer. If you have no time left, you cannot give that. If you have no energy left, you cannot give that. Fi-nally, if you find yourself agitated and overwhelmed, you cannot give that which others benefit from the most: YOU! Even when we plant seeds in a garden after tilling and watering the soil, we must rest and wait for there to be growth. If we do not take time to rest and recharge, we are not allowing time for God's grace to bring forth new life in us. We fear that things will suffer without us, but the truth is that no one is benefiting from our fatigue. We can think we are giving but really we are empty. Take some time and rest in your God.
