2. Documents are signed by the Owner in concerned Embassy / Consulate

and documents should be attested by the Embassy / Consulate.

3. Photocopy of Owner’s CNIC (duly attested)

4. Photocopy of passport and visa with exit and entry stamp (duly attested)

5. Authority letter for submission of papers on Stamp paper worth Rs.50/-.

6.Original Application Form, Allocation Letter or Allotment Letter should be

surrendered through representative or sent back by courier so that the new

Application Form, Allocation Letter or Allotment Letter will be issued in the

name of Purchaser.

7. Documents along with the envelope are submitted in Grand City, Customer

Services department.

8. Verification from the individual and Embassy takes up to 1 to 3 months.

9. After verification is complete and transfer dues are paid, the Purchaser

comes to Grand City office for signing the transfer documents.

Note:

For verification of Documents from concerned Embassy/Consulate

extra Fee of Rs: 15,000/= will be charged.

All dues/fee should be cleared before transfer submission.

4. Undertaking on worth Rs.50/- stamp paper by the Purchaser’s

Note:

Power of Attorney through Embassy /Consulate is acceptable for

collection Application Form, Allocation Letter or Allotment Letter only

after the verification which may take up to 1 to 3 months.

Power of Attorney through Embassy /Consulate is acceptable for

signing on behalf of the Purchaser by the Nominated person.
