MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
The installation of a large multi-portacabin facility at Whipps Cross Hospital; London.
The project had many logistical, infrastructure and environmental issues, all of which had to be individually addressed and resolved, leading to a very successful outcome, within budget and on time.
1. Phase 1 Included the installation and linking of 5no. Portacabins. 2. Phase 2 Included the installation and linking of 3no. Portacabins. 3. Phase 3 Included the installation and linking of 4no. Portacabins.
Upgrading of Dental Centre and Installation of new Portable building. Carver Barracks
This project also incurred many logistical and infrastructure problems, all which had to be individually addressed, which involved working many long hours to keep project in line with the clients tight timescales. This in turn led to a very successful project, and a very happy client.

To liaise with authorising engineers, scrutinise historic Land Quality Assessments, and EOD surveys to ensure all risks were captured.
Upgrading of Bathrooms to 34 Houses at DISC Chicksands

Design and implementation of new ARTS facility at RAF Henlow
This project involved the design and construction of a new integrated respirator testing facility within an existing structure built to building regulations, JSP 315, and customer requirements. The successful completion of this facility will be used as a benchmark for further facilities on other sites.
I have received many certificates of commendation from Babcock Dyncorp senior management for various projects and performance due to the pride and effort I take in all of my works.

Acting Site Estate Manager (Hard FM): To Line manage all Admin / Supervisors / Engineers to site. To
ensure all statutory tasks were updated and in place. To manage site projects <25K. To ensure Legionella and Asbestos management plans were up to date. To manage contract end of site, ensuring all works closed out, planned preventive maintenance is passed over to incoming contractor, and all other documentation is up to date and closed out. At Henlow I was tasked with undertaking all M&E tech duties, all B&CE tech duties as well as all Statutory Tasks.
