We start the ascent of the Montagne Sainte Victoire by 2 mythical paths: the “Pas de la Savonnette” and “Lou Garagaï”. The southern slope of the Sainte-Victoire mountain is illuminated by a very particular light, which inspired Cézanne. It is a physical ascent, which enables a very close approach of the Cézanne baù.

We offer an intimate discovery of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, which was tirelessly painted by Cézanne. Cézanne’s perspectives come at every corner: the azur blue sky, the vivid green of the Aleppo pine trees and the incomparable light of the white limestone. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, Clotilde, an artist from Aix en Provence will introduce us to the art of sketching, we will learn different techniques: ink sticks, watercolours, aquarellable pencils.

We’ll finish the day on the wine-growers trail of Puyloubier.
