3. The third is academicals travel which is usually held by schools, college or universitieson educative destinations for their students. The last is business travel which is intended

to support development on business field.

4. The fourth is to analyze the customer satisfaction.

METHODOLOGY

1. Secondary data with the help of internet, journals, magazines, newspaper etc are the basictools for this project.

2. Primary data (unauthorised) has also been considered.3. Apart from the data, the analysation, interpretation of the team members had played a

crucial role in this project.

LIMITATIONS OF STUDY

1. The study could not be conducted on a large sample size and area because of timeconstraints. This covers all the academic requirements strictly maintaining organization

standards; a sincere attempt has been made to collect information.

2. The number of sample size is 100 respondents.3. The major limitation of this project is that the primary data that have been taken place are

not subject to authorization.
