Travel Advisory: Due to ongoing construction around the Truman Sports Complex, your route to the stadium may be affected:• The construction on Stadium Drive between Interstate 435 and Manchester Trafficway is behind

schedule and therefore still not open. Throughout construction gates 4, 5, and 6 will remain open.

• UPDATE - US 40 at I-435 is now open in both directions

Parking and Traffic: Continued construction has closed a section of Stadium Drive at Raytown Road. As a result, Gate 5, already one of the busiest entries to complex, has increased volume. The Chiefs and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) have some new parking instructions, which may vary from what is printed on your parking pass. This construction primarily impacts those entering the stadium from East/Northbound I-435 (inbound from Johnson County, KS). Gate 6 is the best option for most fans traveling from Johnson County and other points south via I-435. Gate 6 can be accessed from exit 63C from I-435 Northbound. Stay to the right on the exit and follow signs for “Stadium Drive / Sports Complex”

The Kansas City Police Department has the authority to shut down various entry points or redirect traffic at anytime to assist with traffic flow, as well as, ensure the safety of motorists around the complex.

To help you to get parked and to your seat as efficiently as possible, we are utilizing some new communication channels to alert fans coming to the Truman Sports Complex of any traffic delays and/or road or gate closures. Please refer to the following resources for traffic conditions:

Please pay special attention to the notations regarding perforations and barcodes. Breast Cancer Awareness Silent Auction: Don’t miss this opportunity to purchase pink gear worn by one of your favorite Chiefs players from the Chiefs Breast Cancer Awareness game. Items including shoes, gloves, and towels will be available through a special silent auction during the Chiefs vs. Cardinals game on 11/21/2010 in the Hall of Honor with all proceeds benefitting the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Bidding will begin at 10:30 AM and will close at the end of the 3rd quarter. Those with the highest bids will be notified via telephone and can pick up their auction items up to one hour post game at the bidding location. If items are not picked up that day, they will be offered to the next highest bidder. Credit cards and cash accepted.

Black Friday Sale at the Chiefs Team Store: Get a head start on your holiday shopping during extended hours at the Chiefs Team Store inside Arrowhead Stadium on Friday, November 26th. Doors open at 7:00 AM and will feature a variety of discounts until 9:00 PM. Season Ticket Holders will receive an additional 10% off of one item by simply showing their Chiefs Fan Card. Entry into the Stadium: Please look at your tickets and identify the suggested gate to enter the stadium. Entering through the right gate puts you in the closest proximity to your seating location.

Elevators: The New Arrowhead features a significant number of new elevators that are available for guests to use.

South side: Two elevators with access to the lower, plaza, club and sideline upper levels. Two elevators with access to the plaza, club, sideline upper and horizon levels.

West & East side: Two elevators with access to the lower, club and endzone upper levelsNorth side: Two elevators with access to lower, club and sideline upper level

Fans First: Fans First Booths are located throughout Arrowhead to answer your questions or address any concerns. If you have a child with you, you can stop by and receive a special First Game Certificate. In the event a child might become separated from their parent, wristbands with the parent's seat location are also available at each Fans First Booth.

Fans may also register to participate in the Good Sport Program at any Fans First booth. With your commitment to be a designated driver; you will receive a free soda at the concession stand.

Text Messaging: Text messaging is an additional line of communication on game day to report fan conduct or stadium issues more clearly and confidentially. Season Ticket Holder Fan Cards: Season ticket holders were provided with a personalized Fan Card per ticket account in their season ticket package. Messages will be shown during halftime at every Chiefs game and it’s your chance to tell the Kingdom your special shout out!

It’s simple to have your message displayed at Arrowhead. Here are a few pieces of information you will need to know to have your message displayed proudly at Arrowhead during halftime of the game of your choice.
