Preview the Active SlideTo preview the slide you are working on: Slide / Custom Animation / Preview Use the slide preview tool in the outlining toolbar

Saving Your Presentation Go to …File + Save As to

save your presentation as“filename.ppt”

Use Ctrl + S to save your changes after every slide.
