Outlining Toolbar The Outlining Toolbar in the bottom left corner of the screen gives the viewing options

Preview the Active SlideTo preview the slide you are working on: Slide / Custom Animation / Preview Use the slide preview tool in the outlining toolbar

• Change titles, sub-headings

• Move slides

• Add text –type into outline view

• Add and delete slides

• Cut, copy and paste slides

• Change font styles

Outline View is found on the left side of the screen view.

Saving Your Presentation Go to …File + Save As to

save your presentation as“filename.ppt”

Use Ctrl + S to save your changes after every slide.

Opening a Saved Presentation:

Double click on “filename.ppt”PowerPoint will launch

automatically

Viewing Your Slide Show
