Transition to Managed Services
On-line education for Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Windows and others, now available
Online training in Microsoft applications is now available for agency customers to improve their skills and working knowledge of different software programs if desired
There is no additional cost for the training; it is part of the enterprise licensing agreement with Microsoft
All agency users are eligible to take the training – they just need to use their agency codes on the Web site in order to access the Microsoft e-learning offerings
Modules are offered in various Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows XP system education
Features include user-selected learning styles, assessments, rich simulations, hands-on labs and multimedia capabilities

Agency employees can access Microsoft E-Learning online using agency learning codes and step-by-step instructions
All modules are available on the Microsoft website and can be accessed using individual agency learning codes
AITRs will receive a list of agency access codes, and may decide how to best distribute to their employees
We will provide activation instructions and FAQs with step-by-step instructions to help users get started and answer basic questions
