Fully Managed Apprenticeship Service Provision

To support the strategic partnership principle we offer a fully managed apprenticeship service to our clients where you can employ BPP as your main provider to manage all aspects of the apprenticeship programmes you decide to deploy.

Strategic engagement

We will invest the time and resources to build relationships across your business to help us understand your business aims, future workforce plans and talent strategy. Our experts in professional qualifications, higher education and apprenticeship education will advise and guide you to create a matrix of programmes that suit each level of training you require.

As an employer with access to a range of our professional education programmes, you will benefit from a key account team who will be at the forefront of educational developments with strong, historical links with industry, professional bodies, government and other leading career bodies which will give you access to highly relevant market insight.

Programme design and delivery

We have over 40 years’ experience in delivering work based professional education training for entry level recruits, school leavers, graduates and experienced senior level staff. With this experience comes a deep understanding of how professional qualifications and apprenticeships can be aligned to meet your requirements.

Our design teams will consult with you and your business to help decide on the most suitable apprenticeship for the job roles. And with our unrivalled breadth of apprenticeship programmes across multiple disciplines and levels, BPP can deliver all or the vast majority of your apprenticeship programmes ranging from GCSE to master’s level.

Administration

Our dedicated client account team will help you map the end to end apprenticeship process and design an administration system that fits within your structure. We will take as much of the administration burden from you that we can which could include the data inputting into your Apprenticeship Service account and ongoing tracking of spend.

Recruitment support

We can help you in sourcing internal or external school leaver candidates for your apprenticeship programmes. Our recruitment and marketing team will work with you to design an internal or external campaign to help you deliver the required apprenticeship volumes.

Sourcing suppliers

As and when required BPP will source specialist apprenticeship providers to deliver programmes outside of our portfolio. The sourced providers may come from the BPP approved list of suppliers or they may be introduced to us by the client.

Each supplier will have gone through our rigorous due diligence process which includes an in-depth assessment of their quality and assurance procedures. They will also have agreed to the service terms we have in place with you to ensure consistency of management information and delivery.

Managing suppliers

We understand that you may require multiple suppliers for your programmes and this has the potential to create duplication of work on your behalf. To remove this issue all suppliers will be under the management of BPP and their delivery will be our responsibility. Our teams will take ownership of their administration and will quality assure their delivery to give you comfort that all programmes are delivered to the same high standards you would expect from BPP.

To streamline communications you will only have to deal with one BPP team who will co-ordinate all administration directly to the other suppliers on your behalf.

Management information

We will work with you to design a management information system that is aligned to your business requirements. The MI will cover programme progress as well as levy spend and return on investment. All suppliers managed by BPP will feed into this system to ensure you have consistent information across all programmes.

Market profile

BPP invests in developing strategic partnerships across our core sectors to help us raise the profile of apprenticeships and the opportunities they bring for new recruits and existing employees. This results in us presenting at numerous networking or national events as well as publishing frequent insight article throughout the year.
