Every 30th or 1st: Take photos of electric and water bill. Collect Rent. Print Receipts. Take photos of receipts. Upload all photos to google drive.

Last Week of December: Contract Signing. Paying the difference of downpayment. Pag tumaas ang monthly rent nila, tataas rin ang kelangan na kolektahin sa kanila para sa deposito.

Kisame sa first floor na water-damage ng mga nasa taas. Tumulo yung ice chest na styro. Inisyuhan natin yung nasa 2nd foor ng notice ng mga April 30th to repair yung kisame sa first floor. Yung repair requirement naging due May 5th. Kelangan nila iparepair yung kisame. Kung ayaw nila pumayag, tatanungin natin si Francis kung gusto niya iparepair. Tapos tayo ang magpapagawa, at sisingilin natin yung nasa taas.
