OVERVIEWAxleTech’s transfer case product line is engineered to meet the increasingly rugged demands of high-mobility vehicles. Our transfer cases provide gear ratio versatility, front or rear outputs, optional integral air-engaged PTOs, and interaxle differential. Additional features include helical direct drive gearing, main shaft tapered bearings, magnetic drain plugs, and a wide variety of yokes and flanges. We provide factory-installed oil pumps as standard equipment to assure low-speed lubrication. In addition to complete assemblies, we also offer components and remanufacturing of transfer cases.

Internal lubrication system

• Oil flows to key bearing areas at low speeds and at initial start-up conditions• Additional oil pump is available – allows for an external oil flow with the vehicle radiator to keep an

acceptable oil temperature in the bearings- Eliminates typical initial oil drop- Extends oil change intervals- Permits lower operation oil temperatures

Input speeds up to 3500 RPM • Compatible to many engine / transmission powertrain combinations to meet OEM requirements

Strength in design• Forged gears, induction-hardened shafts, and tapered roller bearings ensure the transfer case is high-

strength and lightweight while also prolonging product life• Integral air actuated, 3 positions, high/low range shift unit provides reliable shifting with control sensor

• Different drops available• Flanged option on a through drive carrier is available for compact vehicle applications• Large selection of both yoke and flange options
