trainning or educational program.
• 14 are running programs for journalists and communicators
• 8 are running programs for other than journalists (NGOs, School, University, social media)

1. Introduction2 minutes
The presenter presents information relevant context for the case study.It should conclude with the challenge posed. For example: "How do I teach very experienced journalists a new technique without them reject it”. The rest of the participants can not speak.
2-Clarification2 minutes
Participants make clarifying questions about the case to better understand the approach. Should not give any advice or an opinion to perform these questions. This is just to clarify things that were not understood.
3-Listen silent5 minutes
The presenter must be totally silent and can not intervene as it is now in "full listening!”. Taking notes. Participants give feedback about the problem and possible solutions, examples of things they know they can take to resolve or contribute to the challenge posed. It should be brief and concrete way.
4-Integration and dialogue1 minute
In this instance it is allowed to talk briefly and the presenter can provide feedback to the group about what happened in the previous stages.
