Demonstrated Management/Leadership skills/experiences; able to set directions and lead a team and align with project/organisational goals and implement staff resourcing plans including professional development. Training Delivery and Development – Ability to understand, interpret and establish training structure from review of Customer Learning Plans, to achieve cost effective training development and delivery. Cost Management – Ability to determine, monitor and control development project costs and guide financial completion activities. Experience with development of instructor led training and Wed Based training content· Experience using various eLearning development platforms (Articulate, Captivate). Excellent written and communication skills Project Management qualification (Degree or Otherwise) AQTF Training Development Qualification (highly desirable)
