Punching Against a Schedule
Change management notice for teammates who punch against a schedule:
As a Corporate manager, you need to decide whether or not to create a schedule for your teammates and whether or not to have the system validate punches against the schedule. If the system is validating punches, punches will be rejected if teammates try to punch in too soon or punch out too late.
Corporate managers who want to create schedules in TmT must contact Mark Lachneit.
Emphasize to teammates that they need to punch in and out as close to their schedule as possible. Otherwise, the system will reject the punch and the teammate will need to get a manager to override the clock.

Slide 11
Rejected Punches Require a Manager Override
For teammates who are punching against a schedule, if they try to punch in five minutes early or punch out five minutes late, or try to take a meal too soon, their punch will be rejected. They will need to ask for a manager override.
See your TmT Manager’s Guide for instructions on the Manager’s Override.
