Participant Commitments1) Participate fully in the Train-the-Trainer Workshop (no early departures)2) Conduct at lease one CES Capacity Building Dialogue3) Host at lease one Community Civil Dialogue Process
Who should attend● Train-the-trainer teams: 3 individuals per state● 20 teams of 3 each = 60 participants● Joint state teams made up of 1862, 1890, 1994● Individuals who can provide state leadership and training for other CES staff
Team Traits● Reflects the diversity of the state● Committed to leading training among CES staff/communities● Able to: ● Regulate own emotions ● Listen effectively ● Form partnerships ● Facilitate difficult conversations● Comfortable: ● In a co-learner experience ● Discussing issues around race/ethnicity ● Working in teams ● Working with a diverse audience
