Attention: New rules for access to the exhibition grounds at Berlin ExpoCenter City!

During construction and dismantling periods HGVs and vans requiring access to the grounds at Berlin ExpoCenter City

1. must obtain in advance fixed time slots for specific loading zones (loading zone booking) in order to load/unload goods. These can be

booked as of now at www.innotrans.com/Loadingzonereservations. Other services can also be booked!

2. must register at the designated LogPoint prior to entering the exhibition grounds (registration):

- Vans up to 3.5t > LogPoint Messe (the allocated time slot expires if you do not register 1 hour beforehand at the LogPoint)

- HGVs over 3.5t > LogPoint Selchow (the allocated time slot expires if you do not register 2 hours beforehand at the LogPoint)

Notes: Vehicles/containers parked in unauthorised zones will be towed at the driver’s expense and risk.

(During construction/dismantling periods and the trade fair itself HGV parking is available at the Parkplatz P12, AVUS-Nordkurve and at the LogPoint Selchow)

In order to access the exhibition grounds all vehicle passengers and construction/dismantling personnel must be in possession of a valid construction/dismantling pass.

Free construction/dismantling passes can be downloaded in advance from the BECO web shop at https://beco.messe-berlin.de/en.

Occupancy of the outdoor display site may result in the track area being restricted from 12 to 27 Sept. 2018.
