1.0 ID Register The “ID Register” tab holds the basic information. The white cells will require user input while the grey cells are calculated fields. 1.1 Assignment Status: there are 3 statuses in this field that will automatically fill out depending on the data entered into the “Track Change Out” field in the “Data Entry Tab”. - If there is a Unit ID in this field, it means that the ID has been assigned to a track and that the tracks have been fitted to a dozer. - Repair/Stock means that an ID has been assigned to a track and not fitted to a dozer - Unassigned means that the ID hasn’t been assigned to a track. 1.2 Date Fitted / Pos: This will automatically pick up the date from when it was entered as going “On” and what position it has been fitted to when entering into the “Track Change Out” field in the “Data Entry Tab”. 1.3 Last Track Hours/Measurements, Track Hours (Est), Current Shoe Wear (%): This information is updated when entering in Undercarriage Assessment data into the Data tab, Undercarriage Assessment.

1.0 ID RegisterThe “ID Register” tab holds the basic information. The white cells will require user input while the grey cells are calculated fields.

1.1 Assignment Status: there are 3 statuses in this field that will automatically fill out depending on the data entered into the “Track Change Out” field in the “Data Entry Tab”.

- If there is a Unit ID in this field, it means that the ID has been assigned to a track and that the tracks have been fitted to a dozer.

- Repair/Stock means that an ID has been assigned to a track and not fitted to a dozer- Unassigned means that the ID hasn’t been assigned to a track.

1.2 Date Fitted / Pos: This will automatically pick up the date from when it was entered as going “On” and what position it has been fitted to when entering into the “Track Change Out” field in the “Data Entry Tab”.

1.3 Last Track Hours/Measurements, Track Hours (Est), Current Shoe Wear (%): This information is updated when entering in Undercarriage Assessment data into the Data tab, Undercarriage Assessment.

1.4 Adding New ID’s to the registerTo add more ID numbers to the register,

- Enter the new ID’s into the “Track ID” col.- Copt the “Template” tab and rename it the new track ID ie “13A”- Hide the new track ID tabs.

2.0 Dozer Under carriageThe dozer undercarriage status tab grabs information from both CTS & Undercarriage Assessment forms. Only the grouser heights and shoe wear figures are grabbed from the Undercarriage Assesment Form, while the rest of the data is grabbed from CTS reports.

3.0 Data EntryThere are 4 fields in the “Data Entry” tab which come from Track Change out, Undercarriage Assessment, Strip and CTS reports.

3.1 Track Change Out – This information will come from the track change out forms. Once all the required fields have been inputted hit the transfer data button.

3.2 Undercarriage Assessment – This information will come from the Undercarriage assessment forms done at services. The “Wear” Column will automatically calculate. Once all the required fields have been inputted hit the transfer data button.

3.3 Track Repair Report – This information has been set up to what information has been coming back from the track reports from value parts. This should be applicable to westrac strip reports.
