Introduction Welcome to revitalized Alsco A-Track! As a registered user you can view and print the following:

Invoices Statements Billing Analyses

You can also accomplish the following:

Edit an existing order Order uniforms for a new employee Submit size changes for existing employees Track your garments

Once a user account has been established for you, you will receive your login information from your branch A-Track representative.

Navigating to A-Track To go directly to A-Track, open a browser window and type atrack.alsco.com into the address window. You can also access A-Track from Alsco’s website at www.alsco.com. When you arrive at Alsco’s website, mouse over Contact on the top menu bar and click A-Track.

A-Track Login When the login screen appears, enter the username and password that was given to you. If you need to set up an account, contact your local branch.

Manage Accounts After a sucessful login, the screen will display the A-Track account(s) you have access to manage.

Select the desired account name and number in the “Choose an account” pull-down menu. Once you have selected the account, the top menu bar will be populated with the applications available to that account. The applications available for each account may vary. For example, COD accounts may not have access to the Statement application.

Navigate to the top menu bar to make your next selection.

Invoices After the account has been chosen, click Invoices on the top menu bar. The system will list the invoices billed to your account for the past year. The invoice number is a link to view the actual invoice.

To display an invoice, click on the linked invoice number. Your selected invoice will be displayed in a new tab within your browser.

Printing or Saving an Invoice

To print an invoice, click on the linked invoice number. Your selected invoice will be displayed in a new tab within your browser. Click on the Print icon.

Statements If your account has been set up with access to view your statement, you may access your statement by selecting Statement from the top menu bar. Once there, recent statements will be listed, and you can view them by clicking on the green Reference links.

Billing Analysis

From the Billing Analysis tab on the top menu bar, you have the options of monthly billing analyses or customizing your billing analysis. If you want to view your products, quantities, and costs for one location, click on the monthly reports. To view multiple locations over multiple months, click Customizable Billing Analysis.

Garment Tracking – NEW! If your account includes garments, we have added a new feature that allows you to track the status of your ordered garments. By clicking Garment Tracking on the top menu bar, you will be able to select an employee and Filter by All, Active, or Pickup Date. The next screen will give you all pertinent information to that employee’s uniform.

Change Order Request

We understand your business needs can change frequently. This online change order request program makes editing your order fast and easy. You can revise your existing textile rental services delivery quantities by choosing either the Linen or Uniforms category. You can also view your history of change order requests by clicking History.

If you would like to update aprons, bedding, table linens, towels, grill wraps, mats, mops, hardware, etc., click Linen. On the next page, select the item you want to modify in the pull-down menu.

Once the Modify Item button is clicked, you will be able to increase or decrease your quantity and choose whether the change is temporary or permanent. Clicking the green ‘Save’ at the bottom of screen will route this request straight to your local branch.

If you would like to increase the quantity of uniforms that are currently delivered to an existing employee, add uniforms for a new hire, or change sizes of uniforms, and click Uniforms from the Change Order Request page. Once there, you will be able to select New Hire or Size Change/Increase Existing Order.

Need Help? For customer service issues, click Need Help? from the top menu bar. From this you will be able to choose from these options: Report a Problem; Request a Management Visit; or History, where you can view your history of requests.
