Description - Drive the PM/TPM programs and also Analysis Report with action plan made.- Assistant for Plant Manager to conduct TPM program and follow up theexecution daily with funtionals.- Prepare planning for Spareparts and coordinate with Procurement for timeline.- Set the PM cooporate with CM team for monthly/quaterly and yearlytimeline/planning.- OEE analysis on daily basic and report to Plant Manager with action plan andPIC.- Assistant to Plant Manager for process improvement and also re-design forimprovement. Drive the PM/TPM programs and also Analysis Report with actionplan made.- Manage PM Planners, and coach ME sta on TPM - Manage Utility team's performance to ensure the smooth execution and higheeciency, productivity.- Support adhoc requests by Plant Manager- Follow and implement fully and strictly all company working regulations; AllISO systems, HACCP, GMP; all internal regulation and working instructions allregulations about labor hygienic safety; fire safety regulations; and all otherconcerned requirement and instructions on Safety - Health - Environmentapplied and deployed on management system at plant.

Qualifications - Technical University graduation in major Mechanical / Electric / Automation - Strong Communication Skills in English - Experience at least 3 years in Maintenance MGR or above related. - Equipments Repair and Maintenance Experience in food/ beverage industries- Proactive, works in high pressure- Good skill to cost control middle range of Financial skill- Accountability/Leadership/Ownership/ Project /Planning knowledge
