About the Program TOWNSHIP RECYCLING DROP-OFF PROGRAM • 41 parcipang sites in Oawa, Sandusky and Seneca Counes. • 182 8-yard recycling containers are staoned throughout the District. The program began October 1, 2012. • Residents can access the recycling containers 7 days a week, during daylight hours. • Residents do not need to separate their recyclable materials. • Weights at each locaon are recorded daily. • Service provided by Republic Services. The material is collected and taken to their Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) located in Oberlin, Ohio and Erie, Michigan. The facilies use single stream recycling to sort materials.
