REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
OPERATOR FOR LAST DUEL PARK
The Town of Perth is seeking proposals from interested groups, businesses, or
individuals to operate the Last Duel Campground. Interested respondents must submit their
proposals in sealed envelopes marked “Operator for Last Duel Park” to Shannon Baillon,
Director of Community Services, no later than March 9, 2017 at Perth Town Hall 80 Gore

I. INTRODUCTION
The Town of Perth (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Town’) is issuing this Request for
Proposals to interested park Operators (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Operator’) to
manage, operate, and maintain the seasonal Last Duel Park for up to a 3-year
period commencing in the 2017 season.
This RFP, issued in accordance with the provisions of the laws of Canada and
Ontario, invites qualified individuals to submit proposals to provide the services
described. Subject to approval by the Town, the contract term under consideration
is to begin May 1st, 2017. The services will be provided to the Town of Perth for a
monthly fee to be paid to the Operator over the months of operation of the
campground.
Last Duel Park is situated on the west shore of the Tay River and is approximately
one kilometer from the core commercial area in the Town of Perth. See Schedule A
to view the layout of the park. The park consists of the following:
Docks just off the front entrance parking lot;
Front Area open to the public, consisting of:
o Front Office and public washroom building
o Picnic Shelter
o Pathway and gardens along the shore
o Fenced Municipal infrastructure – not part of this proposal;
Campground Area open to the public, consisting of:
o 13 Waterfront sites serviced with 30-amp power;
o 10 Pull Through sites serviced with 30-amp power;
o 24 Serviced interior sites with 30-amp power;
o 7 Tent sites with no services;
o 1 Cabin complete with beds and basic furniture for 3 people;
o campground washroom, shower and laundry building;
o campground sanitary dumping station

o Garden area designated for The Table Community Gardens - not part
of this proposal
All sites have picnic tables and fire pits. The campground is opened on May 15th
and closed on October 15th each year. The historical net revenue figures for the
campground are found in Schedule “C”.
II. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Town of Perth wishes to engage an Operator that will provide a positive
experience for campground visitors. The term of agreement resulting from this
proposal will start in May of 2017 and may continue for up to 3 years. The Operator
will not be an employee of the Town of Perth. The required services are as follows:
Bookings and Front Office
Manage campsite bookings and fee collection for the campsites, boat
launching, docking, and sanitary dumping through the Town of Perth’s online
booking system. All fees will be set by the Town of Perth. All financial
transactions must be recorded in the facility booking system.
Perform daily cash close out within the booking system and provide a daily
report along with the deposit to the Town Treasury department before 4:00
pm the following day.
Provide a professional operation to the park at the front office with regular
hours; July and August Mon to Sun 08:00 to 20:30, May, June, Sept, and Oct
Mon to Sun 09:00 to 18:00. It is understood that the Operator may need to
leave the site from time to time, but they must be available by cell phone
during the work hours and respond within 30 minutes for emergency issues
outside work hours.
Maintain a professional display of the Town’s tourism promotion information,
provided by the Town, in the park office and in the Tourism kiosk outside the

office, and provide tourism related information to campground tenants and
visitors as required.
Operations
Provide all tools and maintenance items
Wear an identifiable bright coloured shirt or vest during regular hours of
operation
Ensure campers are following the campground Rules and Regulations as
defined by the Town of Perth and attached here as Schedule D.
Ensure washrooms buildings are in good working order, clean and
presentable for campground users. The washrooms must be cleaned at least
daily in the shoulder season and twice per day in July and August.
Ensure campsite facilities are in a safe and fully operational condition.
Maintain vacant campsites and surrounding area in a clean and tidy condition
free of all litter, broken glass, garbage and foreign material.
Maintain fire pits in a clean condition clear of ashes, coals and unusable
wood.
Maintain picnic tables in a clean condition free of all cobwebs, dirt, grease
and debris
Retain campsite shape and definition by removal of weeds surrounding the
campsite and driveway shoulders. Existing natural shoreline buffer must be
retained.
Ensure the fixed number posts are maintained in good repair, in a firm vertical
position, and visible. Replace any number posts damaged by vehicles or by
vandalism.

Ensure garbage dumpster and recycling area is kept clean and tidy and that
all garbage is contained within the receptacles.
The sanitary sewage dumping station is to be kept in a clean and sanitary
condition, with two baskets of flowers (provided by the Town) being watered
on a daily basis to visually enhance this area.
Maintenance
Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in a timely manner.
Provide routine maintenance (e.g. servicing, cleaning, and inspection) of
buildings, furnishings, roads, grounds and utilities to ensure that safe, clean
and attractive conditions are maintained in the Front Area and the
Campground Area. Routine maintenance includes grass trimming, removal of
invasive weeds, campsite cleaning.
Execute all minor repairs up to $500. Minor repair examples are a leaky tap,
or a clogged toilet. The Operator would request reimbursement from the Town
of Perth for the cost of these repairs.
Any major repair such as replacement of a fuse panel, or a fixture must be
done under the direction of the Superintendent of Parks and Facilities and will
be paid directly by the Town of Perth.
The Operator shall maintain a list including description, cost, and date of all
minor and major repairs.
Additional Entrepreneurial Services
Any additional services for the campers, such as a food truck, selling firewood
or holding events, should be included in this proposal and must follow all
municipal, provincial and federal regulations.

Town of Perth Responsibilities
The Town of Perth will be responsible for the following:
o Setting the Campsite Fees
o Grass mowing
o Major repairs over $500
o Cleaning Supplies
Personnel
The Operator to supply all the personnel and staff necessary to provide high
quality, friendly and helpful service to the public at regular times at the park.
The Operator will be the “Employer of Record” and will be responsible for any
payments to CRA and all other employer requirements.
Emergency Management
Provide emergency procedures prior to the opening of the campground, for
the Campground operation, including, but not limited to, the following:
o Initial response to nuisance fires o First aid; o Problem animals; o Severe weather, e.g. flood o Public control problems; o After Hours emergencies o Emergency communications; and, o Response to health advisories.
Any emergency event must be reported to the Superintendent of Parks and
Facilities no later than 24 hours after the event.

Reporting
Within one month following the end of the operating season, the Operator will
be required to submit a detailed annual report summarizing the activities for
the operating season, including discussion on possible improvements,
upgrades and suggested capital projects to enhance the campground, along
with other information deemed necessary by the Operator.
Revenue Incentive
At the end of the season, the Town will calculate the net revenue received
from campground, boat launching, docking, dumping, and event fees. 50% of
the net revenue above $55,000 will be issued to the Operator no later than
November 30th of the year. This threshold of $55,000 may be adjusted for
2019 based on the average net revenue from 2016 to 2018.
Any additional entrepreneurial services that support the campers’ experience
are to be run entirely by the Operator and are outlined with the following
revenue sharing:
o New Services using town owned infrastructure to be shared 90% to the Operator, 10% to the Town;
o New Services not using Town owned infrastructure to be 100% to the Operator;
o New Services that do not fit the above noted conditions are to be negotiated with the Director of Corporate Services on a case by case basis.
III. DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT PROCESS
a) Town Rights and Options The Town, in its sole discretion, reserves the following rights:
Supplement, add to, delete from or change this solicitation document;
Determine which respondent, if any, should be selected for negotiations;
Reject any or all proposals or information received pursuant to this RFP;
Cancel this RFP with or without the substitution of another RFP;

Request additional data or information after the submittal date, if such data or
information is considered pertinent to aid the review and selection process;
Conduct investigations with respect to the qualifications and experience of
each respondent;
Take any action affecting the RFP or the services or facilities subject to this
RFP that would be in the best interests of the Town;
Require one or more respondents to supplement, clarify or provide additional
information in order for the Town to evaluate the proposals submitted;
Waive any informalities or irregularities in the submittals;
To interview the respondents.
b) Expense of Submittal Preparation
The Town accepts no liability for the costs and expenses incurred by the
respondents in responding to this RFP, preparing responses for clarification,
attending site meetings/ interviews, or participating in contract development sessions
or meetings and presentations required for the contract approval process. Each
respondent that enters into the procurement process shall prepare the required
materials and submittals at its own expense and with the express understanding that
they cannot make any claims whatsoever for reimbursement from the Town for the
costs and expenses associated with the procurement process.
c) Information Disclosure to Third Parties
This RFP is a public document. By responding to this RFP, respondents waive any
challenge to the Town’s decisions in this regard. If, in the opinion of the respondent,
a submittal contains proprietary or confidential technical, financial or other types of
information, the respondent must clearly label the specific portions sought to be kept
confidential confirming the exemption that the respondent is relying upon. Marking
all or substantially all of, a response as confidential may result in the response being
considered non-responsive. Notwithstanding the labeling of any information by a
respondent as confidential or proprietary, the Town may be compelled to release

same pursuant to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy
Act (MFIPPA). Respondents also acknowledge and agree that the Town will not be
responsible or liable in any way for any losses that the respondent may suffer from
the disclosure of information or materials to third parties.
IV. SUBMITTING RESPONSES
a) General Information and Deadline
Respondents are requested to submit one original hardcopy of the quotation to
Shannon Baillon, Director of Community Services, 80 Gore Street East, Perth,
Ontario, K7H 1H9 not later than the proposal due date. The package should be
clearly labeled “Operator for Last Duel Campground”. Late proposals will not
be accepted and will be returned to the originator unopened.
Respondents must submit two separate documents:
1. Qualifications and Proposed Approach Document
The Qualifications and Proposed Approach Document should provide the
Town with an overview of the qualifications and proposed approach the
respondent brings to the project. The Qualifications and Proposed Approach
Document must provide the following information and be organized into
sections that include, at a minimum, the following:
a. Cover letter - The cover letter (maximum one (1) page) must provide
the name, address, telephone, as well as the email address of the
respondent.
b. Statement of Experience/References - Respondents shall demonstrate
their ability to undertake the duties by providing details about their
experience in the operation of a campground facility or other related
operation. Respondents shall provide convincing evidence that they
are best suited, qualified and dedicated to fulfill the role of the Last
Duel Park Operator. The Town reserves the right to conduct an
independent investigation of the respondent’s experience by contacting
project references, accessing public information, or contacting

independent parties. Additional information may be requested during
the evaluation of qualifications.
c. Corporate Profile – Respondents shall include a description of the
Operator (firm, individual, etc.) that will serve as the contracting party
and any additional staff members that will work at the Last Duel
Campground.
d. Proposed Approach - In this section, respondents will detail their
approach to providing the service requested by the Town. The
approach will outline in detail, a plan to operate Last Duel Park which
will include a schedule of daily, monthly, and seasonal operations that
meet the scope described in this RFP, and will explain how Last Duel
Park will be efficiently, effectively and safely operated to meet all
operational and customer service standards
e. Entrepreneurial Services – Any entrepreneurial services are to be
described in this document and any Town facilities required to perform
these services must be identified.
2. Professional Fees Document
a. A sealed Professional Fees Document must be provided, and include,
at a minimum, the following:
i. Monthly fee to be paid for the 5 months Last Duel Park is open ;
ii. Terms and conditions (if any);
iii. HST as applicable will be shown separately.
V. REVIEW/EVALUATION
Submissions received in response to the RFP will be evaluated upon the following
criteria:
Experience;
Proposed approach;
Entrepreneurial services;
Professional fees.
Proposals will be evaluated by the Town utilizing the following scoring:

Experience - The respondent’s experience will be evaluated based upon history of successfully providing similar services. References may be contacted to verify satisfactory performance on similar projects.

Proposed Approach - The respondent will be evaluated based upon the proposed creative approach to the project, including work plan/timelines, and deliverables.

The Town may require the lead or short-listed Proponent(s) to provide a
presentation, or to participate in an interview to present or discuss their proposal.
Reasonable notice will be given with more details on the presentation or interview
process, if required.
Upon selection of the finalist, the Town may, if necessary, begin scope clarifications,
draft contract revisions, and final price negotiations. Should the negotiations fail to
result in an executed contract with the preferred respondent, the Town of Perth may,
in its sole discretion, elect to terminate negotiations with the preferred respondent
and begin negotiations with the second most preferred respondent (and so on) or
cancel the procurement process. Prior to commencing any work, the successful
respondent will be required to enter into a contract with the Town. An example of the
form of the contract is as per Schedule B. Price adjustments to reflect process
and/or scope modifications may be negotiated after selection by the Town.

OF THE FIRST PART
AND:

(Hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”) OF THE SECOND PART
WHEREAS authority is given under the Municipal Act for the Council of the
Town of Perth to engage in contracts for the purpose of providing services;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of is desirous
of engaging XXXXX to undertake the services described in Schedule “A”
NOW THEREFORE the Town and the Operator hereby agree to the
following terms and conditions:

1. The Operator will provide the services and undertake the work as set out
in Schedule ‘A’ forming part of this Agreement.
2. The Operator represents and warrants that the performance of this
Agreement will not conflict with any other contract to which it is bound
and, while performing this Agreement it will not engage in any contracting
services or employment or enter into any agreement in conflict with this
Contract. The Operator agrees to disclose potential conflicts of interest
that may arise during the term of this Contract.
3. The Operator shall not assign or sublet the whole or any part of this
Contract without the prior written consent of the Town, unless the use of
subcontractors is expressly stated in the proposal submitted by the
Operator and accepted by the Town.
4. The Operator acknowledges that while performing the services under this
Contract, that it is not an employee of the Town of Perth, and as such
shall be responsible for the payment of all expenses required by law,
including, but not necessarily limited to, Employment Insurance
premiums, Income Tax, Canada Pension Plan contributions, etc., failing
which the Operator shall reimburse the Town for any expenses it may
have to pay as a result of the Operator neglecting to do so.
5. The Town of Perth reserves the right to access the campground at any
time.
6. The Town agrees to pay the Operator to an upset limit of $###### over a
5-month period net applicable taxes. Any additional expenditures or
disbursements shall not be incurred without the prior expressed written
approval of the Town.
7. The Operator will invoice the Town for work that has been completed at
key intervals. Such invoices shall include a detailed description of the
tasks included therein, in conformity with the approved work plan, and
shall contain applicable taxes. The Town hereby agrees to pay the
invoices in a timely fashion.
8. In the event of any dispute with respect to the payment of the invoices
which cannot otherwise be resolved between the Operator and the Town,
the Operator and the Town hereby agree to submit the matter to an
impartial arbitrator under the Arbitrations Act, whose decision shall be
final and binding. In the event that a matter is referred to an arbiter under
this Article, the parties agree to equally share the cost of the arbiter and
any related expenses.

9. The Operator will cooperate with the Town’s auditor with respect to any
financial matters involving business between the Operator and the Town.
10. The Consultant shall at their own expense within 10 days of notification
of acceptance and prior to the commencement of work, obtain and
maintain until the termination of the contract or otherwise stated, provide
the Town with evidence of:
a) Commercial General Liability Insurance issued on an occurrence
basis for an amount of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence for
any negligent acts or omissions by the consultant relating to their
obligations under this Agreement. Such insurance shall include, but
is not limited to bodily injury and property damage including loss of
use; personal injury; contractual liability; premises, property &
operations; non-owned automobile; broad form property damage;
broad form completed operations; owners & contractors protective;
occurrence property damage; products; employees as Additional
Insured(s); contingent employers liability; tenants legal liability; 24
months completed operations; cross liability and severability of
interest clause
Such insurance shall add the Corporation of the Town of Perth as
Additional Insured with respect to the operations of the
consultant. This insurance shall be non-contributing with and apply
as primary and not as excess of any insurance available to the
Town.
b) Automobile liability insurance with respect to owned or leased
vehicles used directly or indirectly in the performance of the services
covering liability for bodily injury, death and damage to property with
a limit of not less than $5,000,000 inclusive for each and every loss.
c) Professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance coverage
shall be obtained to a limit of not less than $2,000,000. If such
insurance is issued on a claims-made basis, coverage shall remain
in force for 2 years following conclusion of services under the
agreement or contain a 24 month extending reporting period.
The Policies shown above shall not be cancelled unless the Insurer
notifies the Town in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective

date of the cancellation. The insurance policy will be in a form and with a
company which are, in all respects, acceptable to the Township.
11. The consultant shall indemnify and hold Corporation of the Town of Perth
harmless from and against any liability, loss, claims, demands, costs and
expenses, including reasonable legal fees, occasioned wholly or in part
by any negligence acts or omissions whether willful or otherwise by the
consultant, their agents, officers, employees or other persons for whom
the consultant is legally responsible. Such indemnification clause shall
extend beyond the term of the contract.
12. All information collected by the Operator in the performance of the
services described herein shall be considered to be the property of the Town and shall be surrendered to the Town immediately upon request for same. It is understood that in the collection of any information, that the Operator will have proper regard for the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and that the disclosure of any information collected will be pursuant to the requirements of the legislation as embodied in the procedures set out by the Town.
The Operator is bound by confidentiality for any information of a
fiduciary, personal or sensitive nature which comes to his/her attention in
carrying out the duties of this contract, whether this information relates to
the operations of Last Duel Park.
13. This Agreement shall be effective from the date of its signing thereof and
the terms of this Agreement shall remain in force and effect until the project is completed, unless otherwise amended in writing and agreed to by both the Town and the Operator. Further extensions can be negotiated with the agreement of both parties.
14. All information collected by the Consultant in the performance of the
services described herein shall be considered to be the property of the
Town and shall be surrendered to the Town immediately upon request for
same. It is understood that in the collection of any information, that the
Consultant will have proper regard for the Municipal Freedom of
Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and that the disclosure of any
information collected will be pursuant to the requirements of the
legislation as embodied in the procedures set out by the Town.
15. This Agreement shall be effective from the date of its signing thereof and
the terms of this Agreement shall remain in force and effect until the
project is completed, unless otherwise amended in writing and agreed to
by both the Town and the Consultant.

16. This Agreement shall be subject to the applicable laws of Canada and
Ontario.
17. WSIB coverage must be attached and remain in effect for the duration of
the agreement.
18. Either the Operator or the Town of Perth may terminate the contract for
breach of contract by either party on sixty (60) days’ notice in writing to
the other party. The Town of Perth may terminate the contract if the
successful Contractor does not fulfill any part of the terms and conditions
or requirements of this RFP.

Last Duel Park: Updated 1-September-2016 RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All reservations and registrations are to be made online and payment must be made in full before
camping can occur. We do not accept cheques at the campsite, only cash or debit. 2. All campers must register online or with the Attendant before occupying a site; the chit must be
clearly visible at all times. 3. Campers wishing to EXTEND their stay on a site, or wanting to CHANGE sites, must do so online
and confirm with the Attendant. 4. Check-out time is 12 pm; check-in time is 1pm. These times will be strictly adhered to. 5. All campers should note that the sites and grounds contained within Last Duel Park and
Campgrounds is classified as a Flood Plain. As such, there is the potential for flooding in early spring and after periods of long, heavy rain. Staff of the Town of Perth will endeavor to accommodate campers in these conditions, however, it should be clearly understood that such flooding is considered an Act of God and not within staff control. Any camper having issues with flooding should speak to the Attendant on site immediately.
6. REFUNDS: Once a site is booked and paid for, 48 hours’ notice must be given in order to be considered for a partial refund. The Town of Perth will reserve a $50 administrative fee on all eligible refunds. If the camping fees paid were less than $50, a refund will not be given. Last minute refunds will not be granted for reasons of inclement weather. All refunds are at the discretion of the Director of Community Services.
7. Subletting of campsites is not permitted. If a paid camper is leaving and wishes to have a friend/family use the site for that length of time, arrangements must be made with the Attendant prior to doing so. The visiting camper must be registered with the Attendant. The person who books and pays for the reservation is responsible for the site for the duration of the reservation.
8. Motor bikes, ATV’s, and other recreational sport utility vehicles are not permitted for use in the park.
9. All campers must keep their site orderly and clean. Campers are responsible for any damage caused to their sites. Sites must be left in good condition at the end of the reservation.
10. Firewood must be kept in a neat pile at all times. 11. All campers staying one month or longer must keep their sites mowed. Failure to do so will result
in additional charges for services provided. 12. Alcoholic beverages are only permitted on official, paid campsites. 13. Campers are to use plastic garbage bags and refrain from placing loose garbage in park
containers. Campers must dispose of their own garbage at the dumpster located across from the washroom facility. Campers must dispose of their own recycling by placing it in the bins provided at the washroom facility.
14. Dumping of grey or black water on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Fines for doing so may be imposed, and can include immediate dismissal from the campground with no refund given. A pump station is located on-site and is complimentary to use with paid camping.
15. Trees are not to be cut, trimmed, damaged, pruned, or altered in any manner. They are not to be used to facilitate fixtures (other than tied clothes lines only).
16. Campers are not permitted to make physical adjustments to their sites, e.g. the removal of grass, fill or the addition of stone is strictly prohibited. If your site requires repairs, please speak to the Attendant on duty. Only temporary docks are permitted, with the approval of the Attendant, and they must be removed at the end of the reservation, by the camper.
17. All campers will be provided with a code for the washroom facility; some will be provided with a code for the dump station. Campers are required to lock these facilities after use and not to give out codes and/or keys.
18. No loud music or noise is permitted between the hours of 11:00pm and 6:00am per the Town of Perth Noise By-Law #2137 and its amendments.
19. Campers wishing to use the Community Fire Pit can make arrangements to do so with the Attendant on duty.
20. The Town of Perth Stoop & Scoop and On-Leash rules are in effect at all times, as per the Town
Schedule D

of Perth Animal Control By-Law #3557. In cases where animals and/or pets are considered to be neglected (e.g. chained for unreasonable lengths of time, uncontrolled barking, left in unoccupied campers/tents/vehicles for unreasonable lengths of time), staff are obliged to contact the Animal Control Officer for immediate action.
21. Washing of vehicles on park premises is not permitted. 22. The Town of Perth does not provide security at Last Duel Park. Attendants work regularly
scheduled hours and can be contacted at the office or by phone. The Town of Perth is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, or damage done to campers’ goods, property or vehicles. Campers MUST report any illegal activities immediately to the Police (non-emergency OPP number is 613-267-2626; for emergencies call 911) or the Last Duel Park Attendant at 613-812-0020.
23. Private business and/or commercial activity is not permitted at the campgrounds. 24. 30 amp electrical service is provided on serviced sites. There is no guarantee this will
accommodate an overload of electrical appliances being used at the same time, i.e. air conditioners, deep freezers, microwaves, stoves, heaters, TV’s, satellite dishes, etc.
25. No mail shall be delivered to Last Duel Park. 26. Last Duel Campground and the individual campsites are the property of the Corporation of the
Town of Perth. Any and all campsite rentals are on a temporary, limited-term basis, for the municipality’s commercial and tourism purposes, and shall not be considered a residence. As such, the Town of Perth prohibits the addition of large, long-term or permanent fixtures, buildings or vehicles, including but not limited to: decks; in-ground flower beds or gardens; clothes line posts; storage sheds; sunrooms or other such outbuildings, tents or canopies; or the long-term storage of non-personal use vehicles larger than a ½ ton truck; or signage. All storage items must be kept inside or underneath the camper. Full season campers are permitted to erect one tent within the confines of their site, for the purpose of accommodating visiting campers, at the discretion and with the consent of the Last Duel Park Attendant. Campers are required to communicate with the Last Duel Park Attendant prior to the addition of any items to their site.
27. The Town of Perth reserves the right to book, or not book, campsites and/or green space and/or the picnic area and/or the docks at its discretion and for its purposes.
28. For assistance or enquiries, campers are asked to call the Parks Attendant on duty, at 613-812-0020 and leave a message if necessary.
29. Any camper(s) violating any or all of the above rules, or engaging in criminal or questionable activity, will be subject to immediate removal from the campground; no refund will be given.
30. All 911 calls should be directed to: Last Duel Park, 22 Craig Street in Perth.
Perth Fire Department Regulations 1. The Ontario Fire Code requires that smoke alarms must be installed in all recreational camping
vehicles, regardless of size, type, or duration of stay at the Campground. 2. Only registered campers may have campfires. The person registered to the site shall be liable for
any consequences resulting from the campfire. 3. Campfires are permitted on official campsites only, in either a steel fire ring or a dedicated
campfire area. Please see the Last Duel Attendant on duty for clarification as it pertains to your site.
4. Fire wood is limited to a maximum size of 16”x16”x16”. No pressure treated or painted lumber should be used.
5. Adequate fire protection must be available: pails of water, garden hose or fire extinguisher. 6. Campfires will be prohibited during local fire bans or as advised by the Perth Fire Department. 7. Campfires are to be supervised at all times and extinguished by 11pm. Campfires are intended
for cooking, warmth and general enjoyment only. 8. The office of the Perth Fire Department can be reached at 613-267-5574. In case of fire
