Location of a DreamDestination:

New Islamabad Airport:We are ready to take-off!

TopCity-1 lies at the most prime location of the twin cities. Towards the north it is connected with motorway M-1 and M-2 providing an express link to Lahore and Peshawar while the western perimeter of the project shares a long boundary with New Islamabad International Airport. A new toll plaza being built on the motorway to provide access to the airport will also benefit the residents of TopCity-1 as it is adjacent to our residential blocks. The new signal-free Kashmir Highway also adds to the edge we have in terms of location.

The plan for International Airport was conceived in the late 1980’s to deal with the problem of increased passenger load at the existing Isalmabad International Airport. Increasing congestion, location of the airport outside Islamabad’s limits and the difficulties in operations and management due to proximity to the airbase, were main reasons for the construction of this new facility purely for civilian use and solely for Islamabad. The final plan to construct this new airport was announced on January 7, 2005 by Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). It is a joint project of Capital Development Authority (CDA), National Highway Authority (NHA) and the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and designed by French company Aéroports de Paris Ingenierie (ADPi) and CPG Corporation of Singapore. The New Islamabad International Airport will be functional soon with flight operations likly to start in 2017.

New Alignment and Plan:The revised plan for TopCity-1 has been authorized and approved by the local development authorities and government bodies including Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). TopCity-1 offers 1 Kanal, 10 Marlas and 5 Marlas residential plots ready for construction. The main beneficiary of the revised plan will be the middle-class income group that can now easily afford to be part of a modern community and enjoy all the exquisite features offered at TopCity-1.

The Rise of an ECO Friendly Community:Caring for the nature that shapes our world:


The plan for underground electricity supply network with a capacity of 42 megawatts has been approved by IESCO. Besides, the installation of an automated and self-reliant feeder in TopCity-1 has also been arranged with IESCO’s cooperation.

UTILITIES ANDFACILITIES:

Electricity:To ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to businesses and residents, the construction of a grid station is under process. For this purpose an MOU had already been signed with IESCO. The planning for underground electricity supply network with a capacity of 42 megawatts has also been approved by IESCO. Besides, the installation of an automated and self-reliant feeder TopCity-1 has also been arranged with IESCO’s cooperation. The feeder will meet the electricity requirements of the project till the grid station is energized.

Gas:To provide the residents with continuous supply of Liquified Gas, work on a delivery project is in its final stages and it will soon be completed to make sure a smooth supply of natural gas all across TopCity-1.

Security:24/7 state of the art security systems with CCTV monitoring, watchtowers, trained security personnel equipped with latest security equipment, having entry and exit check posts, constant patrolling and community fencing are some of the features which are already in the checklist at TopCity-1.

Rapid development to work is in progress in different residential blocks of the topcity-1. The basic infrastructure has almost been completed in block ‘B’ and we have already given possession to interested members. The first lot of our member has also initiated construction of their plots.

By the time you are reading these lines, the construction in Block-B has already begun and members are getting their designs for smart homes approved from our in-house design wing.

With possession already announced for one of our blocks, the subsequent earth and civil work is continued in the rest of the blocks with considerable pace on regular basis and thankfully we have been able to achieve some milestones already including approximately completing 80%, 60% and 50% of

infrastructure development in our Blocks C, D and A respectively.
