Width measuring setup
The GRC 51600 is the latest product in our range of equipment
for rail applications. The gauge is manufactured from high quality
aluminum extrusion with a yellow baked powder coat finish for
long lasting service and protection. Other parts are manufactured
from zinc plated steel with baked powder coat finish. To ensure
the unit is attached safely but firmly to the track high quality rare
earth magnets are housed in nylon insulators clamped to the
gauge.
The laser instrument is set into the tray and the beam is direct
vertically by a mirror.
The laser is positioned at rail height and readings are shown on
the gauge.
The gauge is light and can be set up for use in a few minutes.
To protect the gauge in transit a steel carry case is provided that
holds all necessary parts and spare batteries .
For REFOS measurements an adapter plate is included.
