The Applicant Christopher Ratiu, submits this application for the approval of a Special Use Permit for the 1.001 acres of land and building located at 1385 Rock Springs Rd Buford, Gwinnett County GA 30519. The Applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit for a Personal Care Home that will provide services for adults that need assistance with personal care such as meals, clothing, bathing, grooming, etc.

This Personal Care Home can accommodate up to 5 residents and 2 staff and will operate 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. It has 5 private bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms for residents and 1 separate bedroom and bathroom for staff. There are 6 parking spaces available. The Applicant intends to reside on site along with spouse as caregivers. No changes needed to the building as this home has been used by the previous owners as a Personal Care Home in the past.
